This was completely enjoyable. I wonder if it evolved around the prank possibilities, or vice versa? And I always wondered, since I was old enough to understand the equipment, just WHAT sailors thought they could do with mermaids. Thanks for answering THAT question... I think...

Cool story! I really like how it was designed from the beginning to the end, and it's refreshing to see how someone has certainly done their research science-wise. Especially since it's nice to see a mer-creature with a biological sense onto it for once!
