FUCK! That was unexpected. You did a good job of providing enough detail about Darlene's bloody demise to allow the reader's own twisted imagination to rampage. Too much detail would have ruined it. Blood and gore - it's just meat. But for me it seemed to be missing something. Something to make her plight human, to make his response that much more painful. Maybe George could have smelled something or heard her. The first time I saw a animal being slaughtered, I was surprised. I expected blood, gore and the uncomfortable feeling in your gut as you watch something die. I didn't expect the smell. I don't know why but I assumed innards and organs have just a bloody or a clean smell. They didn't. They reeked. Years later the details don't bother me at all, but the smell I still remember.

For a while there I thought this society had totally lulled man into sheep and vampires into sheppards. Frankly anything that lives off the flesh or blood of another should on some level enjoy the hunt and the kill. Vampires should not be wimps. Glad you agree. Creatures with this much power (over the human mind) have a huge potential for corruption. Just a thought.

Jeffery surprises me in a good way. He's more of a freak than I thought and freaks are never boring. I soooo like where you're going with this. Freaking keep it up!

WOW! Once more, this was simply stunning! One of the most well thought through stories I've ever seen (or that's my impression).
Don't rush the muses - and within those boundaries, update soon! XD

Loved it!! Thanks so much for the update. I love your voices, level of humor and writing. Somehow I think of Jeffrey of having all the Regency England affectations - and love that too. He's even got his own special nickname for George. Hope that life treats you well, so you'll have more time for our next update. Thanks again!

I half squealed when I saw that you'd updated. I just recently became a member of the site, so I couldn't review before, but I've been reading all along. Of all the vast vampire stories out there, AFF or not, this is one of the much better ones.

I adore the characters, and I loved seeing Walley and George meet again here- those two are adorable together. Jeffrey is a frightning kind of man, but I like the sides I've seen of him so far :)

Baha! I LOVE Jeffery, he is my kinda arsehole!!! This is brilliant, YOU are brilliant. I love how much depth this story has, the opposing political factions, Vampire justice...various degrees of blood bouquet etc... I want to eat Wally...which could be an odd thing to say considering the vampire topic... just...shit hot. I love this.

Absolutely delicious. Bringing back Wally and Lady Ding-a-ling was such an unexpected twist - I hadn't seen that coming. And I have to admit I am growing quite fond of Jeffrey, ammoral libertine bloodsucker though he is.

That "vampire justice" scene was very chilly. I love how readily the vampires switch from being sort of reasonable to quite monstrous, and back again.

And, of course, I fangirl George.

Man I've been waiting for this one! I truly love your story! And poor poor Wally. What will happen to him now :'(

Reffy made me both laugh and think he was one insane dude. Having sex and such with the parents. 'Shudders'

This story got me addicted. I need more :3

Love to you

How much groveling does one have to do to get an update? I'm perfectly comfortable with bowing and chanting. Maybe even a newb sacrifice in your honor. Just please don't be like some douche bag authors who get people in love with their story and then switch it over to a paid site.

Anyways I love the story and hope you continue with a new chapter soon.. especially with the bit of a cliff hanger you left us with (not nice).

I'll try to be good and review more if you post more.

Not much to say but this is fucking amazing. This is my first foray over into the sort of new slash category, I'm usually over in the general population. Love the concept. Sort of brings out the dewey decimel system for me, with the blood tasting numbers. I will definitely be looking over here to search out more delectable chapters from you. Great work. Write more.
