I'm so happy to see an update! I'd feared that perhaps you were done. It isn't uncommon for writers online to lose interest in a story, particularly once they've gotten past a really climactic, difficult part their hero is in a safe place. One can hardly complain, being allowed to read it in progress is a gift, and no one is obligated to write on. Still, I'm glad this wasn't one of those stories, as it is still probably my favorite on this site.

I think that one of the reasons is something that you almost apologized for - that you don't keep the narrative at a fever pitch all the time. I loved this chapter. I've said before that I enjoy your pacing, the way you build to intensity, then back off. This chapter was sweet, necessary and I appreciated the window into George and Wally, both their characters and their relationship. It made really clear just WHY George would prefer his own life to some kind of privileged, pampered slavery.

And damn, Wally reminds me of a kid that frequents my comic book shop.

Whoa - this was the amazingest chapter. Wally is attracted to Geo! How sweet. This is the first actual moment we get of both of them together, and nice character development. And now Jeffrey probably knows this too... since he might have fed from him. Speaking of Jeffrey, we're naturally worried about how dismembered he is at this point. Thank you so much for the chapter, in spire of the difficult time you've had. Looking forward to more updates. Thanks again.

I'm glad you updated. I admit I haven't read “Undesirable” for a while, not since Chapter 13. It suddenly dawned on me just how terrible this world is. Humans as cattle – not so fun. Porn helps though. When I saw you updated today, I couldn't help myself. I missed George. I really wanted him to escape. This chapter is not a let down. Frankly, if there weren't times where life slows down and little pleasures can be enjoyed, even in stories, what's the point?

Why did Wally purchase a hacksaw, bolt cutters and cuffs (for a key)? They're on the run and need to conserve resources. Wally didn't know about the chastity belt yet. Loved the detail about GURPS. It's not just for nerds, dude.

Wally and George are great and hope they do get to stay together... curious if their friendship will be weird now or if they can move on... Wally maybe has had a crush... as long as they stay friends at least, I'll be happy; thanks for the update!
