This really opens up for a lot of possibilities. I mean, what has REALLY been going on those last few days with Chuck? Obviously he's been dining on Wally at least once, but what else has he done under the cover of wiping memories? His shifting appearance is creepy as hell. Could Jeffrey be nearby, and it's his influence that's snapped Geo out from Chuck's mindgames, at least for the moment? Or has George managed to erect some mental barrier of his own? Or has Chuck simply decided to reveal himself, for whatever reason?

I'm impressed how you planted all those small clues pointing to Chuck's vampirism, without ever being obvious. Well done indeed.

george is cute. somewhat of an airhead, but cute. heehee. they ran over gregory like a sack of potatoes. i loved that!

you are starting to make me like jeffery even more. poor dude seems to get into so many fights, just to keep his little white with him. awwwww. i wonder if part of it is because from an earlier description it said that george's blood was somewhat addicting? i'm not too sure about that i may have to look back. that makes things even more interesting. XD. i want to see jeffery get something out of all of this, but at the same time it's like, i want george to be free too. but george, at times, seems a little dense. so i dunno.

i liked the action in this one. and the sexy scene. that was like a cup of water after a dry spell of george and wally awkwardness. haha. yum yum.

anyway, i figured maybe there might be some vampires in the system who are human sympathsizers or something (kinda like how hippie people are with trees/nature). I imagine a lot of brain re-wiring/washing goes around though during the transformation.

Another great couple of chapters! Your story is unpredictable as hell and I really like that.
Jeffrey is definitely growing on me. Not that I want George to suddenly fall into his arms or something, but he is.. interesting. His motives and general outlook on life are definitely different from the other vamps.

You know, I love how humans don't have any of the advantages in this story. If a vampire decides to put the mind-whammy on George, there's nothing he can do about it. That scene there with Gregory showed us that again. It's fascinating (and I'm a sadist, so I'd like to see some delayed stress-reaction to the encounter in the alley. Nothing pleases me more than to see strong characters broken down mentally).

Hm, I wonder what the hell Jeffrey is up to. He clearly was nearby, but why is he just following them around? Is he waiting for a particular moment to get George back? I can't quite figure him out (which is a good thing. Makes things more fun).

And if I were interested in guys I'd marry Wally in a heartbeat. He's the sweetest, most loyal thing I've ever read. They're in a difficult place, but I'm looking forward to any future smut (and I hope it won't be too long. Smut makes me purr, and yours is good)

Ps: I assume Gregory is going to be pissed off at George? I mean, getting run over by a car can do that to a person/vampire, XD.

Haha! I knew Jeffery would be back in the picture. He's a very determined vampire and I suspect that he care more about George's well-being than his blood. I heart Jeffery. Please update again soon! Also, I don't think that it's fair for AFF to stop you from responding to your readers. In fact, they should have a response system set up since they have a reader's review system. It only makes sense that an author would want to respond to their reviewers. And really, AFF would totally bomb without their authors, because what's a fan fiction site without writers?

I read all 27 chapters in one day. The story is awesome! Great scenario. I'm kind of hoping Wally and George end up with Jeffrey. He has bailed them out so many times and I think he seems pretty nice overall. BTW I noticed all the humans for the most part have pretty plain Jane names where as the vampires have more hoity toity names. Did you do that on purpose?
