Wow. What is up with Mason? What does he want from Jake? Is he trying to create the perfect devil like himself or is he trying to push Jae over the edge. Perhaps he sees Jake as being weak and he needs to toughen up. Either way this chapter made me very sad for Jake. He is like a trapped bird. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Omg,Mason got shot and he deserves it,the bastard... and more...
Now poor Jake is a killer because of him,I can not believe it...
But the sex was hot...hihi.
And what the hell does he think,calling Jake a dog...grrr.He needs

Ouch. And I mean OUCH. Mason should burn in hell. And Jake... I really like how you're portraying his evolution as a character. He's becoming tougher, more focused and he has ambition. Sure, for now it's not to let Mason crush him and survive the next 6 years, but still, that's ambition. Yet I think instead on focusing on 'beating' Mason he should watch out because he actually is getting caught up in the man's game and the other is training Jake to fit his will.
I do like how he takes the the guy out for sashimi as an apology for beating the shit out of him and punishing him for something that isn't worth all that pain. Nice touch Mace but it's going to take more than that...
