That was...amazing but....I just about cried at the end because it didn't continue. Its actually kind of funny I have been driving my friend nuts waiting for this post. She was like going to eat my soul because I kept getting so distracted from our rp. ^_^ Really good post though. Now for the next one. *Sits fidgeting waiting for next chapters*

Hi! I've been reading your story on your website and am guilty of not reviewing. I just noticed Afterimage was on AFF and I find it much easier to review and had to do so immediately. I love your story and I think In the Company of Shadows is the best story I've ever read on the internet and I'm sorry for not reviewing sooner. You definately deserve more reviews because your story rocks!
What I like most about Ch 1 is that it focuses on Ann and I've always been curious to know more about her and Lydia. It was very interesting how Sin was at Willowbrook; and my favourite part was when Ann realizes it was Sin who'd been visiting her sister. You're both very talented writers and I hope you publish this series someday! Keep up the good work, cant wait to read more! much love.

God, I love this story and these characters so much. Every time a new chapter is posted I get super giddy, and I read it twice. I can't wait for the next chapter!

I kind of just want to pounce on Sin. He's like so special and huggable. Its interesting how you put in the part about them being bad for one another because sadly enough they are in some ways. They are both kind of...off socially so they don't know what to do and will fall into broody silence. I'll be interested to find out what you do with the rest of this. Sin completely spazing out and Boyd's mother being against their relationship as is the general in some ways gives you lots of room to create some angst for the two. You have to post though because my imagination is already going wild and it's only been two weeks since the last time that you put up a new chapter. *Sad face* I'm going nuts waiting for a new chapter. I saw that it could be a month or two...oh my...I may not make it as a sane person.

this is great so far; i love it as much as the first book, and i'm only on the second chapter. i feel so bad for sin. your characters are so believable and relatable even though they're so far from anything i've ever experienced. i think it's amazing when authors have the ability to make the reader truly experience something they never could have even imagined happening before.

I've been reading your work since you posted chapter 16 (I think) of In the Company of Shadows. I decided I should finally let you know that I love Sin and Boyd, and consequentially their story! I'm so sorry it took me this long to tell you that you guys are wonderful, my only excuse is that I'm a very shy reviewer. I did not start reading Afterimage until today, however. I think it's because I wasn't ready for a while (partly because I didn't know your second story was even around until recently) since I want Sin and Boyd to be happy, and I could pretend that they were until I started reading again... I couldn't resist though! Also, I was a bit exhausted after the end of In the Company of Shadows. I felt like everything became a bit rushed, and somewhat less engaging. You're back at the top of your game however, and I can't wait to read the next chapter. Please don't get discouraged by your lack of reviews! I'm sure that you have quite a few readers who (because AFF is so poorly organized...) don't know this story exists yet! Thank you so much for sharing a truly engaging and imaginative story!

P.S. I LOVE how long your chapters are...

and, i loved reading about sins memory as a child when he first met lydia. and the lydia incident too. SO, OF COURSE ID LOVE TO READ A LIL SIN MINNI SERIES! thatd be so cute, im imagining a lil chibi sin for some reason.;)... er now that i think about it, itd probably be really messed up to read about a lil sin. right? cause of his mum and pops and what happened to him.... so, thatd be devastatingly sad to read happening to a child. er. its up to you guys! but i suspect there will be more flashbacks as child sin in this story. since hes all being haunted by the past and everything. its so spooky good!

HOLLY MOLLY. I THOUGHT I HAD REALLY SCORED WHEN I SAW THAT BOYD MODEL! BUT YOU GUYS HAD ALREADY HAD HIM! YOU HAD HIM ALL FIGURED OUT! BOY OH BOY! you sort of burst my bubble. but you totally got my bubble back when i saw the sin. but damn did you guys find some great pictures that i didnt even see on body fan sites! oh, and all your amusing lil comments! heeeeeeeeee, yes exactly! do more of that! i loved that.
