Really liked the chapter, although I think you should tie in the story about that rock with Lucien's eyes - it seems a bit random, if you get what I mean, although I think I realised the significance behind it. Hope you continue soon :D

Woohoo, some action is about to happen and lex may just change his mind about leaving later in the story. I can just tell that it's going to happen.

I love how you're fleshing the story and your world. I re-read earlier sections today and am enjoying the flow and development. Really looking forward to the next installment of this cliffhanger update and to the further adventures of this spunky Ri. Thanks!

GOsh this is such an exciting story! Its great and i can't wait to see what happens next. Lucien had finally gotten a mate and an intelligent one (stubborn as well) at that. I bet there are going to be some humorous events and surprising ones too. update soon please~

Err... I don't know if a desperate cry of: "More, please!", counts as an opinion...but it was certainly the main feeling griping my mind when I reached the end of this chapter. Since chapter 3, I've been obsessively (read, more than three times a day) checking your profile for an update of this story, and today you've made me the happiest fangirl in the world by posting chapter 4. And, my dear, what a great chapter this was!
I can honestly say that I haven't read something this good and exciting in quite a long while. At the beginning, I was a bit unsure of reading your story. The summary looked promising, but many a time I had read good summaries that lead to disappointing stories. However, I'm very, very glad to have clicked the title link for, dearest, as I've said before, this story is magnificent!
Not only is the premise quite interesting, but your character development is excellent ! Lex has quickly won a special place in my heart. He's witty, humorously sarcastic, intelligent, feisty, brave...I could go on and on, really--he's just that great and amusing. As for Lucien and dominant company...I quite like them, and I also think they are in for a *big* surprise sometime soon.
The universe you've created is riveting, fascinating, and very well planned out. It has consistence, and coherence, and I think you're doing a marvelous job in the way you describe it and gives us the all the necessary information. You're also doing grate at establishing a narrative pace and following it, so no complains there, either.
I'll eagerly, anxiously, obsessively wait for more of "Indepence", and wish you the best in this enterpirse.

I found it a bit hard to get through that one really information-heavy chapter, but the rest have been great. They flow pretty well, Lex's personality is clear, and the situation is pretty hot. I do wonder though, are all submissives so...ignorant of the outside world? And animalistic? I mean, the main character acts like a normal person and his brother seems kinda...dog-ish in his way of dealing with the dominants. Is it because the main guy is the only one who had been out or is it more differences with the character? Or a combination? I'm really interested in this story so far!

BAHAHA I had a very amusing thought... both doms get the kiddo :) It's so twisted, and yet I'm impressed by both of them!! One reminds me of a huge teddy bear and the other reminds me of an iceking (with a really big heart) lol I'm sure you can figure out who fits which description. Can't wait to read more!!

Chapter 4 was the best yet! I loved the split of POVs, and the exposition was helpful without being overpowering. I can't wait to see where you go with this next. :-)
