I like Lex because he is always so angry. Weird, I know, but still ^^ That is his charm. I can’t wait to find out what animal form he can take. I’m also looking forward to reading about his escape. Oh, the drama! I’m also chuckling evilly when I think about how Mr Ro would react if he knew Lex actually understood everything and was fairly pissed off because of it. I want Lex to have the element of surprise so he can run away, but it would still be so fun if he got led to the bed only to look up at his Ro, narrow his eyes and say “Do you really think I’m gonna sleep with you just like that, dumbass”. I hope Lex won’t be so enamoured that he stops resisting :3 To me, that’s the fun part x3 Anyway, great story :)

YAY! I have been awaiting this update. Thank you so much. I like the reluctance that Lex has over completely submitting to Lucien. I am absolutely enticed by the idea that Lucien's life suddenly revolves around his mate-to-be. Someone so powerful and feared being held in the palm of a submissive's hand. It is endearing and amusing at the same time. Lex will just have to content himself with lording over Lucien instead of escaping.

Alright, I really need to start giving up on stories more often. I had just given up on this story ever getting an update the other day and then BAM! There was an update today, funny how those things work.

I do really enjoy this story. I encourage you to keep the updates coming sooner so that I can enjoy this story til it's completion. It gets depressing when you check something every few day for MONTHS for an update and there is nothing there.

Yay! Another chapter!!

It's ironic that you posted since I went back and reread Independence two nights ago. IMO, this is a wonderful story and completely angst free. I love the internal dialogue that Lex has with himself and Crescent is going to be surprised when he realizes his Ri is soo much more. I think it's safe to say you have a following of loyal fans... don't let us down!

Hey! Great story. This is a really original idea and your characterization is very well done. It's not hard to empathize with the characters, which makes the story even better. The whole premise, universe, plot, and characters are unique and wonderfully written. This story is a rare find in the wide world of amatuer fiction. Good job. Update soon! I can't wait for more.

Oh Gosh, it's been so long I can't even remember if I reviewed this fic D= But I do remeber reading it!
I'm surprized I waited so long to review (again?) usually I'm better able to keep up with my favorite fiction as I have a tendoncy to hoover over them lol Definatly glad I found this one again as I now remeber my love for it! I can't say I've read much dragon fiction, even less good dragon fiction lolz, but this one is definatly a keeper! Probibly the best I've read in this particular gener and I really hope that you find time to continue. Life takes priority, but remember to have a little fun to eh?
