Seriously, the interlude wasn't anything significant to help the storyline unless u just needed it to give u more time to write the next chapter.
Anyway, glad u decided to write again! Will be anxiously waiting for the next chapter where, hopefully, u will be picking up on Lex and his new life!

Just re-reading ur story and came across some roadblocks that I never thought about before. Just who or what gives birth to the submissives on Naga Island? I mean there has to be another life form giving life to another life form and do they have parents? And if they're hunted every 4 years then how will any of the submissives be able to grow into adults?
Another one...why does Lex refer to the Grand Canyon when he lives in Dragon Country? I was under the impression that Lex lived in one of the states of Dragon country. Unless there is a Grand Canyon in the Dragon Country...LOL!

Love Lex. I have always wanted to call a boss a weasle or baboon. I am so happy you updated. I love this story.

Bless you. You really made my day/new year with this update. I'll be honest and say that I was really looking forward to the continuation of the bath chapter, but I'm not disappointed or complaining because IT'S AN UPDATE, and that's all that matters. It was an interesting chapter and I was curious about Lex's life prior to capture (since we don't have much background info on him), and here we have it. I was really surprised that he was an employee at a company for three years already. I thought Lex was in college or something. How old is he then? Anyways, I didn't mind this interlude. Whatever gets the wheels in your creative head turning is fine by me. Plus, the events of this chapter could make for some entertaining scenarios in the future, like Lex (and Lucien) crossing paths with his ex-baboon boss, and then we could see the bastard crap his pants in fear. XD

I hope the next chapter isn't too far off in the future. You've got A LOT of readers (like me) that are waiting with bated breath for more Lex and Lucien interaction. :D Thank you for the update. Until next time. ;)

hihi :) so i was reading your story againnn and i noticed another umm mistake?? so the question is how would michael asa know that lex and lucien were arriving?? lucien couldnt possibly have called him before the chase and definitely not after because well lucien is flying in the air... so thats my question :)

hihi :) i know its not sunday yet but i couldnt resist. anyways im pretty sure that you know that ive read your story over a hundred times so ive noticed a few flaws and im not trying to criticize your writing (which I would never do because its amazing) but im just pointing out some parts that are contradicting or a bit odd.

So first, what happened to the huge purple bruise on lex's thigh?? you mention how Ros get mad when Ris are hurt but Lucien and Michael never noticed it
Second didnt he open the door to the meeting room when he was trying to escape? so wouldnt Lucien know that it wasnt the servants fault because Lex can open doors?
Third if lex is living in the human world wouldnt he have a job?? so shouldnt he be worried about missing work or something like that??

ok so those are the things i picked up on :) on another note... update please?? *big tearing puppy eyes look up at you* pretty please with a huge cherry on top?? and if possible can you tell your lovely readers/reviewers what animal lexis is?? even though im pretty sure hes a huge black panther :) <3 betrayedd
