Nice story! The interlude kind of pointless though. First didn't like the chracter names, but got used to them. Could be more - something else...Bt the plot I love!

Please, please, pretty please update soon! When is Lex gonna get to see Angel? Does he ever escape? And what's with him bonding with that doctor's mate? Please write more chapters! I want more. I love dragons and this story has me hooked.

just dreaming, hello!
It's your first story on aff and wow it's awesome!!! I think there was another dragon-theme story around, but it wasn't as catchy. But this one is and I'm glad for it to be so. Dragons are afterall such majestic creatures, they deserve to be center stage in an awesome story. Like this one :D
This is the first review I'm leaving you, (coz I had happily read all 12 chapters that were already out here DX I couldn't resist! How could I stop?!), so I hope ya don't mind the lengthy-ness~
The beginning was awesome, get's your adrenaline kicking right off with the chase of the hunters. It got me hooked. But really, its your summary that caught my interest. You did a really good one. Reading that summary and the first chapter, I really thought that this story would be filled with mean nasty dominants torturing their poor submissive (in a way, that's how Lex thinks xD) But it's actually quite not. Since the dominants are so protective and care so much for their mates.
Just that part, about the mates rarely seen. That's a bit tricky, coz then, you can't know for sure if he's safe and stuff... But I think we won't have to worry eh? You don't seem like that sort of author who'd put in severe angst and bodily hard to cute things X3
Then about this 'destiny' and 'fate' thing... Lucien and Lex are fated in a way. Perhaps they have a certained preordained destiny involving something epic. Like saving man and dragon kind from the meteoroid that harmed all of mother natures creations. xD
Or maybe it's more on Lex's side. Since he's more intelligent and so full of justice. He'll for sure bring to light the fact that the Ro's are treating their Ri's too much like prized posessions and sex pets instead of the 'equal half' they actually are.
Ah! Another funny thing. How come the Ri are knows as dragon-kind, but they do not transform into dragons? That part I found really odd... shouldn't dragon kind Ri's also transform to dragon's? Maybe smaller ones? or something? I don't know~~~ It's just a bit odd for me, that part.
Overall, I'm really loving your writing, and I hope you write more :D (more stories too xD)

So yeah, I DID want you to get right on with the story (I'm over the moon that you updated by the way) but I couldn't help but LOVE the interlude. You fleshed things out a bit, gave us some background info on Lexis' life, made it so no one will be looking for Lexis Rivers for awhile (very clever). Cuz yeah, he has a life outside of being a Ri, that's what the ENTIRE story is about. He had a job and friends and a home and now all those things and all his choices have been ripped from him. So to reiterate: loved the interlude.

I'm so glad you updated!!! I wish it was more about Lucien and Lex though. This interlude seems too spontaneous for me,but I enjoyed it anyway.

omg. Update! Yay! I really love the dynamics of this story! I wanna see River lose it and just start yelling at his dominant (I've forgotten his name -.-) Oh I loves me some Rivers. Go get em you badass sub!
