The only suggestion I have for you at this point is to just put an extra bank line between your paragraphs/lines of text. It makes it easier for the reader to see what's that.
EG.
"Mind away from the distraction, Robert chastised himself. He got up from the lounge chair and walked over to his somewhat busy client. "Dan, I'm going to get myself something to drink. Do you want anything?" Not surprisingly, there was no response. It was, after all, hard to speak when one has his mind and other things wrapped around a voluptuous blonde.
"May I help you find the kitchen?"
Robert was too awestruck by the white-clad siren in front of him to do anything other than follow her into the house."
could be written as
