Interesting, you have the beginnings of a wonderful story here. I'm really a sucker for fantasy and the fact it has slash pairings too well that just a double whammy for me. I like this beginning you have, obviously this evil will be back . . . in some form so that must mean good will be back in a new form as well. From your intro I'd guess the grandsons will have something to do with this. I wonder how those the older man left behind will react to the grandsons? And how will the evil return? Well I look forward to another chapter.
