Roth is too nice. I wouldn't have forgiven Adam so easily but he is a cutie despite how annoying he can be (ending of Chapter 2) Gosh! He plays too many games. Roth seems so perfect--a doctor helping at shelters, rich, perhaps handsome, social...just nice! Love him already. Adam too, I guess; he keeps things interesting

Wow - love where this story is going. Ridge's rescue seemed brief, but I'm glad he was safe. Personally I'm rooting for Roth and Adam - so I'm definitely hoping you'll do well with the storms soon, because ending this update with Adam's story about being a ghost is such a wicked cliffhanger. :D Take care and thanks for the lovely writing!

Oooh, this is good. A grand a night? I know that 'Evan' didn't take the money, but Roth assumed he would and for him to even consider paying it is insane. But 'Evan' was an interesting character. Today has been an awful day so the ending was just as confusing to me as it was to Roth. What was 'Evan's' point in sleeping with someone to see whether they value him or not by pretending to be a prostitute? Does he know Roth from somewhere? Well, this has peeked my interest
