This is the best chapter so far in this story. Just...WOW! I'm glad that Adam finally broke somewhat but I have a feeling something is going to happen soon to push him further.

I am so in love with these two men. It's like two broken hearts coming together to be whole again. I envy their journey to each other. Great chapter!

another good chapter and it's sad that Roth was thinking of using morphine. yay!! get to learn more about Adam, even if it's was he had told Roth. I can't wait for more.

KD - firstly thanks for the double post!! What a treat. Secondly, you really nailed these chapters. I love the mature relationship that your men have - with mature insights and emotions. And I loved the ending: "I went to the place my family burned to death and buried it. That way, the two things that killed me could at least be together." Thanks - hope you're doing well with the weather, and that your muse will strike again soon.
