OOh! Wonderful! Just the perfect blend of angst and fluff. These two characters are some of my favorites, EVER! This last one-shot seems very conclusive, but I'll still hope for the day that you might continue on and write another story about them. Maybe as a family? Settling down? Adopting a kid? Anything. I would just love to read more about them. Thank you so much for writing and putting your stories out there. I can't wait to read more, but for now, I'm going to take a cold shower. ;) Take care!

I love that you added this follow up to my now favorite couple. The problems and insecurities are very much in character and makes you writing very realistic--with the sex still steamy !!!! great job!!!!

Okay... since I am reading this at 2:40 in the morning and have the majority of your stuff over the last few hours, I am officially naming my kid Evander! It is the most beautiful name! Assuming I ever have kids of course ^_^;

I loved this story and all the others in this arc! You are a very talented writer!

It took me a long time to decide if I liked Fen and Ethan or Kale and Van better... This story sealed it for me. Van and Kale have my heart!! I love your writing and can only hope for more!

I was so happy to see a sequel to Kale and Van’s story, I just love these guys. You have made them real now just like any other normal couple. Being with someone and living with them is fun, but when the relationship starts to become something more then that is when the real fun begins. The emotions and time that is invested to make it work is not an easy thing to do, and I guess Van was feeling like he somehow betrayed his boyfriend if he were to admit his true feelings for Kale. I can understand his reluctance to literally put his heart out there, risking that it could be rejected or realizing that perhaps he never really loved Matthew. Maybe he was afraid that he could not love Kale or anyone, those kinds of feelings can be scary sometimes. But I was so happy when at last he did admit his feelings; a heavy weight of insecurities has been lifted from them. And if anyone ever insults his Van again, I hope Kale can step outside of his comfort zone and fight for him. Sometimes you can’t waste your time talking to idiots, but sometimes you have to step up and make it very clear where one stands. In a way I’m a little like your Kale I don’t like creating a scene when it really isn’t necessary, however heaven help who tries to hurt the love of my life, then it’s on and blood will be spilled. He he, I hope you continue to write more about them, just to check in on the new couple and see how they are getting along. As always I love your work and hope to keep reading more about Kale and Van. I also hope to read more about Rooftop as well. Oh hell anything you write I will love to read, thank you for this lovely story.

I am so in love with the Kale and Van series. I sympathized with Van's insecurities when Kale didn't come to his defense, each one had a valid reason, but Kale still should have expressed his displeasure/anger when Chris spoke badly about Van--at the very least. But Kale is an emotionally level headed person who doesn't succumb to banter easily, especially when he doesn't believe the comments being said about Van. Anyway,I cannot convey to you how thrilled I was when Van finally confessed his true feelings to Kale.
