For what it's worth, I rather liked it. It sounds like they're a bit disconnected from the world? You convey their tight bond--they move around a lot, they don't seem to have many family members (which might be a false conclusion, and they must act proper and hence never truly relax around their uncle. One nitpick is that you describe the spring as having jagged, volcanic rock. Sex against its walls is going to hurt! The dialog seems slightly off, but I can't pinpoint why. Maybe the choice of verbs?

I always love a good twincest story. Very very hot chapter, and I look forward to the whole story. Good job!
