Ahhh don't apologize, loose ends need tying to make a good story. I love the fact that you updated, I just need to say that you CAN'T be serious about "one or two more chapters and then probably an epilogue"- there need to be at least TEN chapters of them spending time together and healing! Also this story is on my recommended reading list, surely you don't mean to say it's about to be over!

Okay so maybe I exaggerate, but I really think people cut their endings too short- you know, it'll be fifty chapters of heartbreak and one line of making up, and maybe that line will be catchy, but the reader is still hurting. By all means indulge yourself, and us. Or at least me. :D

It is sooo nice to finally find out what happened after Theo's freak out in the interrogation room. Poor Theo and poor Merrick; i dont know how they will make it through this, but i hope they do. and sane too. I can't wait to read more. ^_^

I'm busy with school for like, 2 months and I come back to THIS? SHIT SHIT CURVEBALL SHITSTORM. I mean, Toe can't possibly get convicted (right?) and Mer is okay (right?) and I think I just had a HEART ATTACK and I really need everything to be okay. So please post soon and don't torment your loyal fanbase. Please. DEAR GOD PLEASE.

;^; I honestly believe this story has made me cry more than any of the others. I reeeeally want everything to work out. Poor Theo. He's just so frikkin amazing. I hope that Merrick forever appreciates just how wonderful his boyfriend is. And poor Merrick too. But now Brett is gone so the only obstacle left for him to conquer is his own damn self.

Omg, poor Theo. Poor Merrick. Six months is a helluva long time and Theo doesn't even know how Merrick is. He doesn't even know the extent of his injuries.

Now, even though Theo's parents are out of town, shouldn't Heather have waited to speak with Theo? Since he's a minor, wouldn't it have been against the law to speak with him w/o his parents present? Just curious.

I hope you know you're like a phantom on my other haunts (Goodreads and the slashpile) as in other people have made profiles for you so they can talk about your work. I love reading your writing. Oh God! Poor Theo. And Merrick! How's he taking not being allowed to see Theo for 6 months?

Wow. That's the first word that popped into my head just now. I haven't read this story in a long time, and decided to start from the beginning. It's wonderful! The only thing I would have never thought would happen, has happened. Theo in jail. For murder. Brilliant. lol Great story. Look forward to reading what will happen next. Thanks for the updates!

I saw this update just as I was taking a break from writing a paper and I must say, totally worth putting myself behind a few minutes!!! GAH! No Merrick for six months!? Say it aint so! I love how THAT'S what makes Theo freak out, like, sure, he killed a dude and stuff, whatever, but he can't see Merrick!? Hell to the no! But seriously, it was kind of adorable and I can't say I blame him, it breaks my heart that he wont be there to comfort Merrick while he's healing! Why!? Stupid law system! On the edge of my seat for the next chapter, please keep them coming! Can't wait to see what's in store for our boys next and how they deal with this seperation!
