You've managed to make me ache again. You really had some solidly riveting sections. These vignettes of carrier lives - in this case, George's - that you bring into the story as so poignant. I like how your characters are a mix of grays - no one is very bad or very good. They are all flawed. We didn't see Phidias today, but I guess they are busy packing for Wafra. :-) Thank you so much for sharing this the update and your efforts.

Man. Miller acted like a little baby, like a three year old. I guess not many like Ivan there... or like... anywhere. The poor guy. If your life suck of course your attitude will suck too. Not really an excuse though. I feel really bad for Ivan, but he did use to be a very rotten bastard. It might be good for him to see the other side, but it is still very sad T_T

who is Josh and what happened? Headscarves Caddy's not going to be happy. and Ivan - when is Malcolm going to find out how much Ivan's father abused him selling him to old men- no wonder Ivan has problems. and did Henrik somehow give Phideas the shot to change him? When will carrier's start to be treated like the saviors to the world that they are?

There seems to be a bit of confusion over two Dothan characters:
General William ("Will") Mackenzie. Age 55. Married to Ren Mackenzie (née Ren Philo). Father of Adrian Mackenzie, has three children with Ren: Normand (9), Devin (7), Matthew Warner (4).
Saul Jefferson. Age 47. Unmarried. Father of Joshua Miles Jefferson (14).

I was trying to see where you made edits, and I figured it was mainly in the Saul and Will subplot. Very intriguing indeed; talking about bodies etc. Looking forward to seeing where you're taking us with this. Love the little vignettes that carry us through the plot.
