Didn't see that coming! What will poor Phidias do? First his son now him. I mean, what would be the odds that father and son both being carriers? There seems to be no definate age when the change strikes. Can't wait for the next chapter.

My heart has butterflies in it. Just like when I used to see November. I thought Phideas would be a carrier in ch 5.
Phideas AND Cadmus, who will help Cadmus now? Phideas I supoose can't go to work anymore; what if his husband doesn't allow him to see Cadmus.
How did it happen to Phideas? He was able to produce a son, he must be near his 40s. His husband will be a much younger man.
I am so sorry for those two.

Both of them poor Phil poor Caddy - why do I think they are both deer in a forest of wolves. I just wish the govt/world would treat them better they after all are the only people saving the world from destruction via no children ever again. sheesh.What a surprise and yet very well done I never expected it.

Eih, what a cruel bastard that doctor was. But unfortunately that is often the case isn't it? Too many doctors with no bed side manner. This is story really draws the reader into this world you have created. It's sad to think that the ones who are carriers are treated so badly, makes you wonder about women's rights when there were women. It certainly doesn't paint men in a very good light, that they would treat others in such a way. Really interesting story. Thanks for sharing it.
