D: oh Lord, poor Sher. Does that kind of stuff happen often? That's ridiculous. To think that your friends can turn on you that quickly without giving you any say in it yourself, just because they want to see you 'happy'. The damn chaperons are f--king useless! I swear! You mind was well walk around by yourself, it'd be the same f--king thing!

:D I'm so excited that Phid finally found someone that he liked! And he seems so professional about it too. :D But apparently in this world, you can't tell what kind of person you're dealing with until they get pissed off or upset, so we'll have to see. :3

Hurrah for updates! I'm crazy about this story, I've said it before but I love reading it... and I know it's bad and wrong and all but this chapter, with Sheridan, it's like kink heaven for me! *guhh!* Looking forward to what's next, as I always do.

I want to cry with frustration over Caddie. What has Adrian been doing to them? I thought he was teaching the standard, I guess he was. But carriers aren't forbidden to learn. It's ironic that many of the younger ones don't choose that. I guess they don't have memories of before when it was different. But Caddie reads books, surely he must have some idea of before. Pretty soon, maybe carriers will be forbidden to read and write. I Love Henrik. But I do want to know more about the list before committing to anything.
The irony of ironies, the men rape other carriers, but they don't want somebody to rape their own sons.
Maby S. won't be so bad.
Now that I look at it, most of the forced carriers are happy. Just not as we think of happiness.

I love the angst in your stories. Sometimes I wish there wasn't quite so much, but just when I get discouraged, something nice happens to one of my favorite characters!

Just can't trust anybody. Its bad enough that carriers are treated so callously. But to be betrayed by your own and a friend at that? Sheridan should have listened to his little voice telling him NO, NO, NO. Sheridan should take revenge. What better way than to make Soyinka's life hell. Of course in this society that could be a bad thing.

Henrik seems a very likeable person, but, from reading this story, looks and demeanor can be deceiving. Phidias and Henrik do seem to have somethings in common. And the fact that Henrik has a 21 year old son. Could Caddy be part of the Angstrom family? Only time and the author will tell.

Hope chapter 16 will be up soon. Would be so nice is the author could put out a chapter a week. But writing a story such as this requires thought and execution.

Poor Sheridan betrayed by his best friend. If I had a best friend like that I think I would find a way to rid myself of friend- as in nope not even going to acknowledge you even breathe anymore. Carriers are treated like dirt and the govt wants carriers to bring on the next generation. Not going to happen without a lot of change on the govt - and Caddy's education what a joke -
I would hate that world and try like hell to change it. the Carriers seem way to accepting

I'm amazed - what inspires you? How do you imagine such plots? I love your characterization and plain writing. I'm addicted to this, and I'm really looking forward to your next update. (PS: I'm so curious about Henrik's T&Cs... and am rooting for him so much! Please let it happen - poor Phi really needs the library. And maybe a match between their sons too? :-) )
