Yey, I sooo hoped I'd find a new chapter of August today, thanks! Gosh ther's so much conflict potential in all story lines, I hope the'r all going to be fine...

Awwww i loved this chapter, it maklike henric and phidas relationship even more. I hope that they have a baby and actualy make it as a couple. They seem awsome and i love the way that you added the whole man turns into a carier thing in august. I think that it adds depth and conflict to the story. I really think that james' group of 4 have become awkward. Its strange its almost like thay never lleve the kitchen and the cariers are always cutting up vegtablES. LOL. its not like i want to see them much they are my least favorite couple. I just felt that i should share that with you. I love your chapter as always thanks for updating and i hope ypu do so again very soon.

Caddy is going to end up in trouble isnt he- He's not used to a disciplinarian and I htink from the contract and the way Hendrick runs his house he is alot stricter than he is used to. I hope Phineas is okay - and can handle his new life. wonder how Sheridan is going to be. I like how each chapter is more than one person and how they are facing the new - ha society. also how you are showing the current prejudices of society.

i am happy that phidias and henrick are getting along. Finally a little happiness although i am waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Oh Henrik got off sooo easily... I'd be like sobbing- great heaving sobs! Unless of course Phid has something up his sleeves like... "Oh yeah, so remember that one time you ambushed me in the Moroccan tent?? Uh huh... yeah... Did I complain? Um NO." and then proceed to demand something amazing from him :) of course that's years down the line. And god Sean is a sleeze ball... granted, he's a product of his society, but he's especially icky... ew... And Caddy.. omg. I feel so bad that he's been transformed into this bimbo like person, and yet I feel frustrated with him as well. Reminds me of some girls I know : /

Omg this story is awsome um u like read both august the other one and i really liked them. This is like one of the onely storys i like im this websight. I just wish you would update more often ive been diein topo know what happens next for like 3 weeks. Pleaseupdate please

Hey. I love how your stories and characters really pull people in. I still get the feelign Henrik isn't bad, he's jsut a victim of the society they created where he feels teh need to be in control. He's got a very old fashioned way of doing things, but he's proven by listening to Phidias and how he cares about Phidias' pleasure, that he's not a monster, i don't think. He just needs his eyes open, but at least he listens to Phidias somewhat. Cadmus just annoys me sometimes. Considering how bright his father is supposed to be and how much of an emphasis Phidias places on education, you would think Cadmus would be a bit brighter. In some ways he knows mroe about carriers than Phidias, he hears all the rumors going around about rape etc and it just doesn't sink in. he always expects to get his way, he treats Phidias with no respect and expects no downfalls to go with his predicament.
The ritual with Adrian and Sean was just scary, I don't even want to know what they did to Sean. It just sounds like they need to get out of that place, it's like a sick cult.
