Riveting!! Thanks so much for the wonderful batch of chapter updates - I used to really hate Kosin, now I'm just really so sorry for him. :-( I love how you're moving the story along, and fleshing out the characters in your pithy and thoughtful way.

Chapter 25: I don't want to feel sorry for Kosin, I really don't. I don't care if bad things happened to him, nothing excuses the things he's done. But then when we're not reminded of any of those things, and we see him lost and vulnerable... I can't help but feel bad for him. Still don't want to, though. If anyone deserves it, it would be him. But then two wrongs don't make a right.
I always thought of him as older, maybe 50 or 60, so I was surprised to hear anyone call him 'son'. How old is he really?

Ok, wait, I was thinking of Kosin as maybe 40-something, in age. Anyway, I can see how he got so twisted and cruel... His character has done a 180 turnabout for sure, he's hard to recognize. I mean, he knows the system, helped design it, so maybe that's why he's not fighting - he knows it's fruitless. And the fact he's so opressed by his father, and muddled with the physical change.
It's ironic that such a 'bad' man as Kosin ends up with such a 'good' man as Malcolm for a husband. Given of course that Malcolm really is as nice as he seems, but at the very least he has demonstrated common decency. At first I had trouble accepting the idea of Kosin as a carrier, but they way youv'e written it makes me crave reading more about him! No small feat.

I hope to god that Sheridan and Soyinka can manage whatever they're planning, because it would kill me to see them separated after all this. Fingers crossed. I loved the whole chapter (actually had 3 new chapters to read - awesome!!), I don't know how you can keep twisting our guts like this, still...

I'm surprised I'm feeling a little sorry for Kosin... maybe he'll deserve it if he stops being such an ass now... he seems lucky to have a decent husband so far; thanks for the update!

Totally interesting how you turned Kosin from a bastard into a sympathetic
character!!!! Now that took skill!!!!! I just can't hate anybody!!!!!

Really great insight into his character, what with such a caring father like that!!!!!
Interesting how his new husband totally wants him!!!!! And is sooooooo considerate of him!!!!

Wow :o 3 new chapters together AWESOME!! >< The story keeps getting better and better! ><

At first, I didn't like Kosin, and I really thought I wasn't going to like his story. But, as always, you make things really really good that I start to like the characters that at first I didn't like so much XD I really love his parts on the story now. You really know how to make the story really interesting :) I hope you can update soon, but with the release of 3 new chapters together I suppose its going to be a little while before another update. :( Well, its ok, as long as you continue the story X3

Phidias still seems so unsure D: but at least he's come to terms that he's not really going to be able to do anything about it now.

And wow. to think that they had a past like that XD. that makes it all kinds of interesting! it's kind of sad to see that gays are still most likely looked down on, since you had a gay couple in november too, and they had to go through so much just to keep people from finding out. And Kosin's situation is just funny, but weird at the same time. He's like the freekin... extreme example of wanting to fit in. @_@ what are you doing to me kabi?! you made him seem so likeable and pathetic! ARHG!! >.< But he wants revenge! Is Caddy going the get raped? Is Phid or Henrik going to get killed? Is Anders going to get turned into a carrier? So many questions and possibilities and no answers!! >.< !!!

D: and oh noes for Sheri! What all did he try? And what left is there to try? D: he's not going to get killed is he?! are they going to run away together? If they do that, then what about James and his weird husband i still don't like? Would James get depressed? Would he commit suicide? Would he go after Sheri? @_@ So many questions!!!!!
