Another great story of yours ^^ I was kinda hoping for a „happy“ ending but the world is not always fair. I liked Phidias story the most. Somehow I could connect to him the most.

I am really, really happy that the story is already finished - I don't think I'd have survived the suspense and excitement of reading this chapter by chapter. You write with such simple but compelling prose. I think the starkness of your language (thank you for not having florid descriptions) really matches the universe you have created. It is barren, cold, pushed to the limits to survive - I love it...I love it so much I reread "August" three times.

1. The amount of characters - Honestly. in the beginning, I just skimmed through the lives of Sheridan and James. Phidias and Caddy are such strong characters plus with the inclusion of Henrik in their lives and the mystery of "The Firm" - everything just took a backseat.

I know some of your readers complained, but when re-reading it Sheridan and Aaron's story is quite beautiful. The plot was crafted so well, I didn't think see it coming. It was such a reeling revelation albeit one that is plausible and still true. Unlike some writers who slam twists and turns on their readers that they turn up to be brats. That thing about Max, I love it. "Where the Wild Things Are" is my favorite childhood book and I just find it sweet that Aaron was reading it to Sheridan.

2. The scope of the plot - whew! This was indeed a ride. Your universe is so well-honed and well-crafted that it has become my standard for Mpregs (which I love) and for SciFi (which I don't love). I normally skip SciFi stories and universes - but after reading "August" and all your other stories, I started reading everything I could. You are incomparable.

I had been wanting to write a review for a month now but really felt inadequate to the task. I hope you continue all the WIP stories that are still out there plus hopefully a continuation of Phidias and Caddy's story.

It is a testament to your talent as a writer that your characters have endeared themselves to your readers - flaws, warts and all. Thank you for sharing your immense talent and this wonderful and amazing story.

"Here's some advice, Adrian - you better talk to this boy about his new status in life. I barely even touched him and he's crying. If he can't take this, how the hell's he going to take a man?"

Hi Kabi, I have just read August and have to say it was absoutely fabulous roller coaster of a story. The best story I've read on the net ever!!! Mpreg didn't hold any interest for me but in this universe with your writing talent it works-awesome. I've read comments saying they were confused, too many characters etc hey it wasn't for me these layers only added to the whole epicness (yeah I know not a word) of this wonderful story. I found all the pairings had something that drew me in that even James & Harley and Henrik who I just knew was up to something early on. I hope you continue writing and if you ever publish let us know so I can buy! Amazing, I wish I had the words to express how much I enjoyed this and all the other short stories you've written. Please keep writing! Thanks again for this and well done!

Hello Kabi!

I just finished reading a slew of your fictions in the last few days and I have to say that they were some of the most entertaining pieces of original fiction that I have read in a very long time. I am completely in love with your universe and lore! I enjoy the diverse plots, characters, dialogue, and settings immensely. I recently read November, August, Ghali's Story, Cadet Murphy, and Mel and Hoss and I can't wait to read the rest you have up!Some of my favorite characters of yours are Michael (November), Tiger, Miljan, Sean, Adrian, Calvin Murphy, Bos, Phidias, Henrick, Havar, Yavisk, Aaron, Ortega, James, Clint, hell everyone really! They are all so interesting with their own personalities, backgrounds, and struggles. I also love the situations you put them in like Tiger and Miljan rushing to consummate their relationship in the hospital only to be interrupted by Tiger's dad. Classic!

You should definitely continue expanding your universe. In fact, I'd love to borrow your universe to create a couple of my own fictions in, with your permission of course. Bottom line: you have a great universe, know how to tell multiple stand alone and intersecting stories, and you know how to bring them to life! Please, please don't stop! Keep writing for your pleasure and your audience's! Thanks for the wonderful stories.
