I like the idea and the theme of your story. Cats and kitties are amazingly interesting especially if they have a human form. I'm looking forward to read more.

I have to say, I enjoyed this story. I look forward to future chapters. (The title fits, by the way)
One note, though:
You might want to rethink the use of "Seme" and "Uke" in your prose. It tends to seem unprofessional.
