If your mind is in the Captain Kirk mode, to boldly go where no man has before, then okay.

However, if you meet someone who just 'is' the one, alpha males stay the course.

Been there, seen that. Wondered if my mother would survive.

ohh nooo!
Now I really can't choose who I like more.
I think Malec's ok for a fling but Brom might be
better in the long run!
Brom..bless him, he seems so sweet and nice whereas Malec
is sweet but he has the whole "vampie-bad boy" aura..hmmm..

In the first sentence..I think there's a typo where it says "She lie" should it be
"She lay" it reads funny.

Loved it muchly!

BH and Reike, my faithful girls! Thanks so much for giving me your thoughts.

Writing this is getting mighty tricky, to say the least.

The support fuels my muse!

Awwww! This is so good! I usually don't bother reading vampire stories but I chanced on one the other night called Death Interrupted, and it was soooo good that now my curiosity is peaked and I have been hunting the good ones down:P So I was rapt to find this one! I've only read the first couple of chapters so far but I was stoked to see when I bookmarked your profile (I've learned the hardway to do that so I don't lose stories that I want to read!) that you have heaps more stories to read as well. Usually I don't leave feedback until I catch up with a story that I haven't been following since it first started, incase the author has no idea what I'm talking about since I could only be up to chapter 3 and they are up to like, chapter 20! But I kinda got the impression from your comments in the reviews that you were getting a bit disheartened. Please don't...from what I've seen, it's a pretty tough audience on this site and you could always look at the good things...I mean, you have nearly 3000 hits, 67 reviews and 33 people have clicked the ratings button to say they like ya work and that's just for this one story. From what I've seen, that's a pretty overwhelmingly good indication for this site, that people love your work. Sometimes people can feel a bit embarrassed to publish their thoughts, even in a review, (I don't, I'm used to coming across as odd :P) and I know there is nothing more encouraging than someone letting you know what they think of your work -especially if they think it's good!- but please hang in there? I've only just found this now and no doubt there are heaps of people who haven't found it yet either. This site is a like a gold-mine, you have to dig deep for the gems but it's worth it, and so is this story. I'd hate to see it pulled, and I for one appreciate that you have posted it here for us to read, free of charge, but I'm sure there are and will be heaps more people who feel the same. Well, that's it for now, I'll get back to reading so I can catch up to where you are, and you will hopefully be able to make sense of my gushings hehe.

And thanks again, this story really is a treat!

K...Im up to chapter 8...Brom is... perfect. I'm seriously in love...but the vampire? Is he supposed to be so sleazy and ...revolting? The bit where he snuck into her room and took control of her mind and molested her made my skin crawl. Was it meant to do that? I know I should just wait until I finish reading the story, and this is why I hate reviewing until I do, but now that I have broken the seal with my last post, I can't help it...Brom=drool, vampire = shudder...and not in a good way.
