oooh Brom's story is starting to interest me more and more.
I love that Avery is starting to voice her feelings to them. good girl! get it out in the open. :)

Aww poor Avery being caught between those two men! I have to say Malec sounds yummy but Im leadig more on Brom just cause he seemed genuinely interested in her from the start but Malec only seemed to like her for her bloodline.. even if it does seem like hes developing feelings for her, I think Brom would be a better match for her... but its your story and Im excited to see what you come up with!

I like this story, but now the girl's infidelity is starting to annoy me. And the fact that both men honestly let her prance around like so from man to man. None of them take charge and force her? Oh bull! No girl can be that awesome upon first sighting (well, perhaps Malec has an excuse as a vampire), but for Brom, he's more of a weakling now. He's failing to be admirable, although he does grow on you seeing as he stuck for so long. However, she should choose. And that really ugly, freaky horse head part should be revealed too...unless it doesn't have a part to the story. That's mostly what's keeping me interested, because Avery is now just an annoying innocent stringing two guys along, even if she can't choose, she should'nt be sexually involved with both ...within 24 hours of each other! Just because she doesn't actually have sex, doesn't mean she's not a slut. She's still one for leading them on, stringing them along but never really deciding. It's crossing the border between naive and dumb.

On the other note, its a good story, just being dragged, but I suppose you cater to a different set of audience that the regular at AFF.

I believe women have complete sexual freedom as their right. 'Slut' is a bitter man's word.

If you don't like the story and characters, don't read.

Simple. To continue otherwise is "naive and dumb".

One has to be pledged to someone in order to be unfaithful. There are plenty of relationships out there in which a woman or man goes from partner to partner with the full knowledge of all involved, so that doesn’t bother me about this story.
As for no girl accomplishing some mysterious level of awesomeness that no two men would compete for her, check history. Read about the face that launched a thousand ships…
I consider Brom’s determination to assert himself, I like that.
I am disturbed that you, Sora, think one of these two men should “take charge” and force Avery.
This is a fantasy, a romance, and I am glad to read one that doesn’t cater to mainstream doldrums. So much fiction is boy meets girl, girl teases boy, sex, break-up and then the glorious reuniting. Aren’t we tired of this by now? It’s all the same anymore. This story does not fall into that.
As for slutty behavior, give me a break. Avery is exploring her sexuality, which is such a personal journey for anyone, that no one person could have the right to pass judgment.
I think negative reviews are good because they point out author flaws, such as continuity and grammar and plot holes. I see none of that pointed out with the above review. The fact that there are quite a few people who seem to like this story shows what kind of readers we have at AFF… The adventurous kind.

please continue:P ive been following ur story since FOREVER and ur an awesome writer. sometimes ppl like me are just too lazy to review or take u guys for granted :( so thanks for updating so frequently, ur pretty good at organisation unlike others that make me wait and then i cant sleep cos of some stupid cliffhanger, etc. so anyways, u rock! dont let all those other stupid readers get u down.

Wow! Woke up to all these reviews and had to check the number twice. Never had that kind of response before, and it sure stimulates the writing urge.

Little warning for readers who have not read my other work. I don't write traditional romances. You might be in for some shocks.
