I'm so incredibly thankful that someone rec'd this on the_slash_pile! I just fell in love with this story and the characters and your writing. Unfortunately (or fortunately) this means that I can't work on my own story because I have to read through the rest of yours!

Interesting start. I can almost see the turmoil building right after "just kidding" was said. The only critique I have is that you tell what Rylan is doing a lot rather than showing what he is doing. The end is the same because the readers find out what he is doing but the impact is different.

This story is wonderful. I loved the characters, how Rylan is s caring and dominant and Niles is so sweet and lost and into rough-sex. It's hilarious when his best friend try to show him that it's not normal and he's all "how come, I like it, seems normal enough to me". Also the big deal about not talking and not acknowledging was very interesting but all the more because they started talking when it mattered and din't break off for no reason. I like drama but not too much and I hate characters who storm off and aren't stopped before they can start angsting on their own and not do anything about the problem so I found this story just right for my tastes (and full of common sense despite the insanity, or maybe because of it). No really it was cute and sweet and I am really thankful that I was able to read it which is all thanks to you so thank you a lot for writing this really good story.

*Laughs* No. I don’t hate you for that chapter. In fact, it was my favorite one. I love the last paragraph, when Nigh gets tackled by Rylan and screams but is still having sweet thoughts at the same time. Like you said, it just seemed right. It seemed so right and so real to me. I don’t know why, but that was my favorite paragraph of the entire story, pure genius. But simple things can affect me like that^_^. Anyway, good story. It wasn’t really plot heavy, but you know that and it was still interesting and good. Thank you for having good grammar. A lot of stories I read have awful grammar and it just kills me. So good job!

I loved this story.
It was really amazing and the relationship that Ryan and Niles shared was too, though a little fuck up but lovely no less. I really enjoyed reading this story and will hopefully be reading your other story too ^-^

Awesome story. I'm not usually into the hurting-people thing even if it's totally consensual, but you made it hot and interesting. I adore Rylan, although occasionally I want to smack him. And Niles has a serious martyr complex. I love the way Kya handles here cancer, and I really like Matilda, and especially the nickname. I wanted to shake Shona and tell her to stop messing Niles up, even though she's probably what got him to actually define his relationship. Basically, you really drew me into this story. Thank you.
