You´re finally back :) ...two new chapters!
Now we know: Sam is in love and he has a heart....not the biggest surprise but nice to have proof!
It was good that Sam didn´t show Casey the article about his father´s death, that would have been too much...
I can´t wait what will happen next...with these two you never know....how do you know? ;)

Just found your story today and from the moment I started reading I bacame intrigued. Lol, now I have a arrived at Chapter 19 and anticipating more. So far my favorite character is Casey altho I can't help but love Sam. It's interesting finding more about his past in this chapeter. Cant wait to read more on how their relationship develops.

I love morocco! I've been there twice for 3 month stints, and actually had a few very nice conversations with some moroccans this past weekend during my easter holiday in spain!

YAY! NO CLIFFHANGERS! what's sam going to think about the conversation with casey once he sobers up? and UPDATE SOON PLEASE! but it's all right if you don't. i usually just say it to give motivation...

Your story is fantastic. I am hooked. So much mystery and a really hot chase. You have got great talent. Very few grammatical mistakes here and there, but great content/structure/language etc. Keep going! ;)

well, this is like another side of sam... i like it. emotions. and i'm glad that casey got to see the reason that he waws shot... i don't know if they will get a happy ending... i'd hate for them to have an ending in tragedy, but nothing between sam and casey can be happy happy... they can be together, but they'll never be a normal couple if you know what i mean. sam won't change that much... UPDATE SOON PLEASE! and no, i'll never like cliffhangers, so don't try to convert me to the dark side.

I am not disappointed in this chapter, because it is necessary and has some good soul searching. Just keep the updates coming and I'll have no beefs with you :D
But...I'm a little bit confused. It was the bomb that hurt Casey, right? So did Sam shoot him and the bomb went off...or intend to shoot him and didn't cause of the bomb?...or...no intention of shooting? O_o I don't know if I made this harder to understand than it really is...it's late. That's my excuse. ^^
Ooh the happy ending question. I DO appreciate a happy ending, but I will accept a not-happy ending if it is REALLY good. I mean, it at least has to be worth the depression after. :) The problem with happy endings is that they can be too predictable, cheesy, or unbelievable/looks like it was forced. So I think it could be a challenge either way, making it happy or not. As long as the conclusion leaves a satisfied feeling after, I'll be happy :)

Boo... before I got to review last chapter, you already got this one out! Definitely not a bad thing -- just means I'm falling behind the pace. The baby's sleeping through the night so my reading time has been drastically reduced!! Again, not a bad thing. :)
In regards to happy/sad endings, I enjoy both. Whatever fits the story best, really. Just as long as it's not cliched & completely predictable I'm a happy girl. Nothing kills a story for me worse than being able to tell the ending from 5 chapters out.

You don't have to have them living in the suburbs with 2.5 kids but a nice fucked up relationship at the end would be nice. I can see their day now wake up have sex, showers, Casey cooks breakfast Sam comlains how much it sucks, work out by beating the shit out of each other, trip to the nurse to fix any injuries, verbal argument silent dinner angry make up sex then bed.
