AAAHHH! *Runs around like a chicken w/it's head off* What?! Oh no, Armor you can't leave! X you idiot look what you did! You can't take those you should love for granted you dork. Alright yes Armor screwed up but dang it can't you find it in your heart to forgive? Can't you grow X like the other brothers did? You had the most time out did your human life really screw you over so bad that you can't really give your heart to someone else? Kiix please make it alright again.

Hoo-boy! I probably should wait and read that chapter again before I comment...but what the heck. Forgive any oopses, okay? Interesting skill X learned from Marcus. Very useful, if somewhat painful to learn. But the ending! Ack! Granted, Armor was a pain in the butt a lot of the time and a downright menace in the beginning, but he's gone forever now?? Didn't see that coming! Whew, that sets X up for all kinds of depression, anger, all sorts of little emotional speed bumps. But it also opens up some interesting possibilities here, as well. Is he going to be Mr. Vulnerability, needing affection from anyone (OW, anyone?), or is he going to suddenly be spending a lot of time at the beach, sinking into the dark pit of despair? Or will he throw himself into his work, ignoring everyone and everything else? Or, and this is a long shot here, will he actually think about what happened and how he played a role in it? Will he work with Marcus to come to terms with Armor's departure and build an understanding between the two of them? Guess I'll just have to wait to find out. I know you'll surprise me.

Glad you're almost through having rocks thrown at you. That's gotta hurt. It must be getting fairly cold by now up there as well. Best of luck on your new job starting up next Monday!

I had 2 full chapters of absolute yumminess to catch up with, wohoo! Totally hyped up now. But, maaaaan, what complicated shit! Poor Xavier, after Marcus is through with him, would he be less the wounded animal? I sense more angst up ahead than usual.

This is an insane chapter, but I think we need a little more interaction with Kain because right now it seems like he's just in shock, and I'm sure he is, but there must be something else going on. Good luck with the next chapter!!

After reading it again...i find that the argument between Armor/marcus and Xavier this time not too intense as before. I mean...usually you leave us with lump in our chest with the intense angsty. Especially when there's sentence that states this was more than when sex claudius in xavier thought. I dunno if this is only a beginning or maybe there'll be more. Or maybe i just not quite right capturing the scene.

wow marcus is stepping up. now x and armor need some special time to fix what is going wrong in their relationship. i hope it's not to little to late. i feel sorry for kain. to go through all of that and end up pissing himself in front of his new family has got to suck. hopefully he will be greeted with open arms by his siblings and claudia. he seems like a little kid who just needs a family to love him for who he is. hopefully this will work for him and hopefully things will get better for x and armor. marcus has his work cut out for him.
