And you can just TELL that poor Jason is going to encounter Mr.Annoying again. But what was he doing standing right behind the boy? Mmmmm, suspicious.
Just a few things to probably amend...
At the beginning, you used the word 'kitchen' twice, one accidently. And the other thing, when Jason is in the laundry room, trying to use the dryer next to Mr.Annoying, I think the word you should use is 'bumping' and not 'pumping'.

I really hope your friend doesn't stay too long, (gives your friend a friendly wave and smile.) What???? I want to read the next chapter...No harm in that, is there? lol

Ohhhh I like this....Its good, in a naughty, sad, bad way lol.

I like this a lot, but you have a few weird things in there. I think the only thing that stands out in my mind currently is if sight is supposed to be sighed.

I'm interested to see where you will go with this. I'll keep reading if you keep writing.
