Grrrr oh I am so angry with the abusers that have made Jason’s life a living hell. Will Troy finally get a clue that something is really wrong with the way Jason is being treated by his dad, will the lights go on in that empty head of his when Jason disappears like that for a long time, because Jason was on his way to meet with him when his dad showed up and sent him off to the cave. For crying out loud Troy wake up! Ok got that out of my system, I’m not too warm over Kevin either, because if he doesn’t like what is being done to Tristan and Jason then he needs to do something, step up and be a man and get all of the kids out of there. He is just as bad for allowing small children being used like that and collecting his paycheck, he acts as if he is disgusted about what is going on but does nothing and follows the keeper’s orders. He is just as bad and equally guilty of what is being done to them. If he is suddenly getting a heart then he needs to get a move on and do something. Oh, your story is so sad, and I hope Jason will be able to get away from this life real soon. However, I am so hooked on your story, I have to keep reading it in the hopes that something will finally happen, and Jason can get free. I hope you update soon.

I liked that Jason actually fought in this one. I know he generally loses his fights with other boys, but he must have some experience, and he showed it here. I also liked that Kevin came through for him. Sure, he's bossy and snappish, but that just makes his kindness more believable. I also liked how Jason's experience with Jonathan showed here: Jonathan would only give him things in exchange for sex, and now he expects that from everybody.

I didn't mention this before, but one of the things I like most about your writing is how well you convey emotion. In the earlier chapters, when Jason goes hungry so much, you can really feel it. You don't mention that he doesn't eat and then forget about it. You keep circling back to it, never letting the reader forget about that constant ache. Ditto with Jason's exhaustion here. You can really feel it wearing on him. I like it a lot.

It's unbelievable how much shit he goes through. As I was reading this (in one go), I was constantly hoping that the next chapter wsould bring some relief for Jason, but somehow it stays the same or even gets worse.
I love how I feel when reading this story because it drags you in. But I do hope things will eventually start looking up for Jason. God knows we all love a happy ending. (Although to keep it realistic, I doubt the ending is going to involve rose petals and candle-light... =))

Damn, I'm so undecided about this Kevin. Is he a good guy, or a bad guy? The suspence is killing me lol.

Please don't rush this story, just to knock chapters out. I'd hate to see it spoiled. It's your story, you write it in your own time, just so long as you don't abandon it, like so many others do.

Just a couple of things to point out for you......

“Y-You’re hurting m-me.” I *tried* (cried) and tried pulling my arm free of Kevin’s hold.

It hurt more than it had to and not just because Kevin was being rougher than *usually.* (usual)

oh god. Jason. You had me in fucking tears, you bitch. You know you are good when you can do that man. Seriously I was almost like sobbing. It could be I have my period today, but whatever. I was like oooh god, my poor jason! Ugh. Is Kevin going to rescue him? because he totally should. I really like kevin, even though he acts like an asshole sometimes =). but I totally think he was only nice to tristan because he saw that jason cared about tristan, even though i'm probably wrong. Ugh dude. Update soon, before I die.

First of all, I would like to say "great job"! and when you feel down and have nothing to write, just rembemer that we (your fans) are always behind you and willing to support your stories!!!
next, I would like to say is "what the hell is going on with this bouncer guy?!?!?! is he a Narc of something?
and what about dad and home life??? my head is spliting with the posabilities that could comes with the future.
bu the way, love the longer chapters!!!

So I'm back from a two weeks trip. Thank you for posting so frequently. I can't wait to find out more about Kevins motivation. He seems to be a nice guy, but no nice guy would work at such a place... There are so many questionmarks in this story - how will things with Troy turn out? What about his misterious uncle? Where is Jasons father going? You got me hooked:) Good luck for your exemans!
