Claudia was kinda annoying wasn't she? Personally, I always wanted some hot Lestat/Louis action in the movie, but all you get is a bit of an affectionate caress every now and then. Anyway, good chapter. Not much happening, but I guess there needs to be a bit of down time after all the action of the last five or ten chapters. I just hope it doesn't last too long, cause I'm ready for them to find the heart! Please update again soon!

Well, if I keep reviewing and you post more chapters I'm more than willing to review every time. And since I haven't reviewed on the previous chapters; these are my favorite parts.

Beethoven's reaction to both Omen/Owen and Ethan.

Amelia's costume and her and Ethan meeting at the Halloween party.

Amelia breaking into the clan's house and getting Ethan with an electricity ball after Nicoli was taken.

Felix and Nicoli being happy to see each other during the rescue.



And I find myself wondering what Cecile is going to think when she (or whoever else) finds Ethan and Nicoli shirtless on her bed.

I also so very bad want Felix and Nicoli to be best buddies in the end and continue to make all kinds of mischief for everyone.

I really hope this is coherent because I've worked a 12.5 hour shift at work and now I'm drinking.

And even I'm surprised that I've lasted as long as this fic is. Because normally I give up. I found it last night right before I went to bed and I actually stayed up and read it even though I had to get up for my 12 hour shift in 4 hours. Thanks for writing such an awesome story. If it wasn't awesome I would probably have given up on reading it by now. And usually I NEVER read vampire fics. I need to thank ArtMonkey because I stumbled upon this in her recs list.

It was such a heartbreaking moment when Nicoli began to cry T^T I always feel so uncomfortable when reading such things. It’s feels like I’m peeping or something, witnessing someone’s weakness and pain. I would have been surprised if he hadn’t cries. Who wouldn’t?
You gave Nicoli scares? How will you explain that to his parents? I mean, they are bound to notice somehow. Aw man. Will he feel conscious about letting anyone close enough to see them? Will he still be able to go to the beach at summer? How will he deal with the mandatory swimming lessons in school T^T Evil, I tell you. Evil!
And I feel so sorry for Evan. I didn’t expect that their mother had played a part like that. It’s all very sad. How he had to be stuck with her twisted mind poisoning him T^T It must have been horrible. It’s amazing how parents hold the power to hurt us so. I also think the dad was the bigger evil. It wasn’t like the mom had a choice, she was sick. But Mr. Dad didn’t think his own son was worthy of his love or attention. No. I don’t like Mr. Dad either.
Oh, and just so you know. My cat had been sprawled out over my laptop trying to eat the letters as I wrote. I hope she didn’t get any of the words xD

I can really see how Evan became the one he is now. It's sort of that way with my siblings too, but in a completely different way.

Just one thing. Nicoli has this demon (I think it was a demon at least) problem he doesn't know about but his parents probably does (at least it seems so). Does this unravel soon? You've kept me in suspense since it first appeared

poor nicoli better get some serious props for holding his own in a nest of psychotic vamps .......and not spilling the beans. Conrad had better treat Nicoli with respect now, i don't think that many people would have survived those mind games let alone the torture without squealing. how do you explain to his parents the emotional trauma that he went through? i mean he can have ameila and the other fairbrooke's hide the scars with a spell if he really needed to, but the emotional scars???????? You can't pretend that a few chapters worth of abduction, terror, torture, and mind games didn't happen. even if he can fool classmates and teachers, he can't fool his parents......THEY'RE HIS PARENTS! they've known him since he was in the womb! they'll know something is up. even the best of actors can't stay in that frame of mind for that long! aw well you'll figure it out you genius you! and what is up with that blank period of time that he had? that has to be something extremely important! update soon! *whispers* i squealed like an idiot when i saw that you had updated! *kisses*

To tell you the truth i don't think you was too hard on Nic it could of been a LOT worse. As for his mental state i think this is where you really get to see just how strong Nic is both in mind and body.i know a few ppl who have been through shit like that and trust me not only did you write it well you had him act right as well.as always another great chapter and looking forward to the next ,but take your time your writing is great and i don't want you to feel like you have to rush just for our sakes.i think you also made it clear that Nic and Amelia will always be friends but not much more than that. Great story , great writing with all that said now hurry up and write the next chapter!lol just joking (ok well not really but you know what i mean. hugs and more mystic

That was great!!! I really liked all the talking that has been done in this chappie!!! You are right it was really necessary!!! And I kind of like the idea of Nicoli beeing scared, so Eathen can help him get over one more thing!!! And I'm really happy Nicoli forgave him so easily!!! I know I'm anoying but may I ask again when his eye will be explained??? That is really buggin me!!! But ayway!!!
