I hope it's true that reviews help you write faster! Fen and Ethan's story has me so excited that I read it in two days. I would have read it in one but I couldn't fight exhaustion -_-' SO I CAN'T WAIT FOR THE NEXT CHAPTER! Well I have to but if I didn't have to...you get the idea! I'm just started reading your story it's quite creative. The pace is good, it's not too slow, I tend to like description and detail. :D Great characters. Regarding the chapter on Ethan's attempted suicide, it's quite understandable that he would still consider suicide given his past history. I can't wait till Fen can change back to his original form, since I'm a sucker for fantasy like stories :D:D Continue that great work!!

Hello there! I'm also Kafers on Y!Gallery, and I believe I've already commented on some of your other fiction. Well, I don't really know how to begin... your others where amazing, but this thing is a beast, literally!
Mostly I have a hard time enjoying fiction where the main character has suffered extreme tragedy, because often its very unbelievable. I'll admit I struggled at first, but I'm glad I struck with it - the more I read about Ethan, the more I /believe/ his suffering, and his genuine mental illness. I know you noted that people really didn't like that chapter where he went completely bat-shit, and whilst I also found it slightly distressing to read (poor Fen D: *cheers for him*), goddman, you don't often get to read that kind of stuff in this type of fiction. I wholeheartedly applaud you for choosing that route. It was daring and original, and it added to that sense of realism - I've known people in my life with similar problems (though maybe not as bad as poor Ethan!) and you dealt with that feeling of disassociation and pure mental anguish beautifully and quite sensitively as well.
On the whole, I like both Fen and Ethan as characters, and I'm very interested to see how Fen's side of the story will develop (actually, that's a bit of an understatement... *bites nails in anticipation*). Fen interests me, because I have this feeling that on the inside, he is still kind of a child. He obviously didn't think through mating with Ethan as carefully as he thought he had, and I doubt their relationship turned out the way he thought it would. Which kind of makes them as bad as each other I guess :)
Anyways, there may be fanart at some point!

I just started reading your story and I'm really enjoying it. I really want to know more about Fen's past. I also like how Ethan dealt with his past and is doing better. I think that was well written. Well I can't wait till the next chapter.
