I've read the different POV thing before - but you did a much better job than most. The two antagonists see the encounter entirely differently. Almost as if they weren't even in the same room. Fascinating.
Will the next chapter explain the characters and the situation? Like - is there a war going on? How come Pretty Boy is in the army? What's the story behind the general? Exactly what kind of power does he have over Pretty Boy?
Looking forward to more.
