Tenpenny...I work in retail, and half the time when I'm at the customer service desk the managers read them and just throw them out....people are truly idiots and they will complain about anything, but they just don't realize that managers take care of their employees, we mean more to them than the customers do....anyway....i'll try to get another chapter posted tonight!
