I really have to stop talking you. I must be driving you batty.
I loved this chapter!(11) I was laughing and worrying all at the same time.
The funniest thing I read was "I poked him in the eye" I don't know why but it was all so serous then i read the line and burst into laughter. It sounded like something a child would do.

I have a question can Sex and co see what is happening? because I thought this line was a bit suggestive "“Candy will be the death of you, baby brother.”" does he mean Lanny or something else?
Also Sex made Skell because he broke under Orel words. So does that mean something has changed in him to?
I love the wings they would be good as a attack and defense something he will need later?

YAY!! The brothers are back ^^ It will be interesting to see how Sex and Claudius work out their problems when Sex finally comes out. And Armor's reaction to X, as he's the first brother to step out. Aw hell, everyone's reaction to each of the brothers stepping out will be good.

Are you going to bring the hellcats back in soon? Where are those guys and what have they been doing the past 7 years? Sides looking for the brothers.

Will you ever let us on on what happened in those first 2 years that Skell doesn't remember, when the brothers were silenced?

Oh I saw one small typo. "Hades face was bright read" You mean red right?

The diary - I can't believe I missed that but it's still scary that Hades didn't challenge Marcus. He doesn't strike me as the person who deals with guilt by staying second and he was never one to let the fun factor warp him from his goals. I'd expected him to work his way all the ladder up to position himself in a place right beside Claudius, in his own way trying to make up, even if it was bothersome. Like he did with Sex. I hope you will pick up his hstory in this story (for example in a conversation) and (let him) explain why he remained second. I'm willing to believe in a certain influence from Liam but Hades, simply enjoying his position as second, doesn't work for me. I'm hellbound in believing he had ulterior motives, like easier roaming around in search for the brothers or such things.

Beside this MORE PLEASE and yes, I'm begging.

That was a brilliant fight! It is something about fights in general that make me bored, but yours' are exeptions! Go! Kick his ass Skell! It was really fun and exsiting to read.
The reunion was also really sweet :) Glad to see that even after 5 years of imprisonment brothers are like they used to be. X, Sex, Az... it was really heart touching how the accepted their new baby brother.
BTW, Metal wings - kinda cool :D

Hmm, I found myself thinking about this story right before I fell asleep. And I was wondering.. who's the one at 1st? Armor or Marcus? Because I remember Claudius writing in his diary that Marcus - or his son, at least.. made it to First. So who will X be facing exactly? Armor or Marcus? (Since Marcus got to Second previously, by playing with his opponents' minds..)

About the thing with Marcus/Armor being First and Hades being Second. Well, in a fight between Armor and Hades - Hades would no doubt win. But what about a fight between Marcus and Hades? Marcus has his Mindfucking ability. He could beat Hades with that, couldn't he?

Ah, fuck, it's me AGAIN. I was just thinking.. X seems to have changed. Did Orel (I just typed Oreal, like the shampoo.. oops) Wessel toughen him up? Because, in his first challenge with Hades.. it seemed entirely different. Of course, Skell started the fight this time, but I can see the change in X. Of course, the first challenge was in Book 2, and this is Book 4, but I can really see how X has strengthened. I'm really proud of him though. (I feel like a parent)

In order to answer the question of A.TASTE.OF.INSANITY (see a few revies above). I have thought about this as well but, and that may be due to my heavy infatuation with the character of Hades, I don't believe it's that easy. I remember Marcus mindfuck-ability works different from the brother's and he is the only one - beside the brothers - with it. Therefore the house didn't want to loose him and he ended up on the stone of punishment. If it was impossible to control him, Hades would have never granted him access into the house, even if he only thought of him as a musician and 'Claudius' broken spoon' - as Liam so eloquently put. He did never seem to be uneasy in Armor/Marcus' presence. In Cinnamon it was his only concern to have Cipher's (visible) weapons removed, therefore I guess Marcus can't break his shield that easily or/and Hades' mind is too stubborn to let itself be overtaken by Marcus' control. Marcus ability is limited in time due to it's costs of physical resources. I think, he can't overpower Hades with ease. If so, I would wonder why he didn't fuck at least one of Alarik's homies into submission. One could say Marcus wouldn't have done this or that due to vampire code of conduct but a Marcus madly in love; a mad Marcus; a Marcus fearing for Claudius or the brothers would surely blew the code into the winds. Why wouldn't he?

And hey, try not to worry too much about the pressure. If something gets messed up, you can always revise. Revision, revision, revision. (I've gotten that knocked into me.) And besides, you really seem to enjoy writing this, and it's shining through. Just take this chapter for example; it had me on the edge of my seat.

Cant imagine what a fight between X and Armor... Oh wait. Azrael is going to have a field day, isn't he? Unless, of course, Armor desides to step aside. Hmmm... how the f*** did he get to be First anyway?

Aaah I can't wait for the various lovers' reunion, it's going to be awesome!! And good on X for not wavering when he had Hades in his grip. I'm scared though, for when he challenges First. He's going to be up against Claudius again, but it's not going to be like last time. . . Claudius is stronger now.
