Well, at least now little Vlad won't be jumping trying to jump into the brother's bed anymore. And he gets someone that *wants* him in their bed. Heh.
Ohhh X is lucky that Armor gave him pants after he passed out or Claudia would have KILLED him. And Armor too for not having anything on either.

Ok, now you’re really on a roll and I am behind in getting the reviews in so need to catch up.
First of all I loved the fight scene. It was funny seeing Hades all confused who he was fighting but still being an ass and not wanting to give in to his grandson and let him win.
Skell also got the shock of his young life and is seeing what the true power of a vampire can be, especially an ancient one. Ok so lights out and finally Xavier is back in charge
And homes were he needs to be. Having him call Hades honey bee was a hoot. Wish the fight could have lasted a little longer but it was still great. Only makes sense that Xavier is going to be changed enough to use the hand of light on him. Hey Hades is an ancient and X, needed to get the fight over quick or he would have lost. Xavier used what he needed to get the job done.
Having him jump into Claudius arms and cry was both sweet and wrong. Yes Xavier is a crier and wanted his father to hold him… but this is the man who stole His empire. At his wedding no less. As much as I see Claudius wanting to protect Xavier and let him grow. He did it at the wrong time, in front of everyone who matters in the nation
He did it at his children’s wedding. He needs to be made to suffer for a long time. I’m glad that Sex and Azrael are not going to be so quick to forgive. I cant believe that Cluadia has been so forgiving either. She was giving up he like to have the Royal children, knowing she would not be having a normal marraiage with xavier. She should be the emperess ,not just a wife to Xavier. Wouldnt mind seeing her talk about how it affected her.
Claudius needs to be made a fool Of in front of others just like the pod was. And I hope Sex is the one to do it. And I think the best way would be for Sex to mind blast him with what happened to him in the time he was gone.
That would end the fight real fast and wouldn’t do any permanent damage to him. Hey if the boys can read someone’s mind then why cant they also put there own memories into the other person.
. I would like to see them eventually back together, but not for quite a while.
Xavier needs to be in charge to get his life back. Now that he won against Hades, Armor needs to get his ass kicked by Azrael for not standing up to Claudius and taking Xavier’s side.Then again having Az give Marcus a good whooping would be good to see also. One more time
he didnt put him first. So who ever gets it handed to them in the next fight should be interesting. The nation of loyals needs to see the pod boys back stronger then ever.
Shade is right; Xavier is the real Emperor of the Vampire Nation. And the boys must all get there abilities back in full power to destroy OW. And let’s not forget about Haley’s grandmom. When is she going to make an appearance? By the way when are Xavier’s parents and sister going to know they are alive again? Can’t imagine big sister taking this lightly when she hears what happened to her brother. oh i have more questions and points of view but need to get just a little down before you do another chapter on me. so ill save rest for tomorrow.

Sort of sweet. I think it is highly unusual for X to let the winglets get carried of the bedroom. He seems as emotional as ever before and I think it more likely he would crush Lex to his chest after finding him in his bed - crying, or at least to bring them to their own beds himself, than stay for a while, admiring them sleeping. That he wasn't angry because of Vlad was to be expected but I wonder how the feelings of Vlad and Claudia have 'changed'. They must feel ragged. Has 'Lycan forever' an influence on the next events? Threesome with X, Claudia and Vlad is absolutely not an option but surely they will be shattered again. I'm glad Vlad makes Claudia happy.
Why can't hear X Snowflake? If the hellcat said something, he surely would. That was the whole ordeal with the kittens for little brothers about. So only Skell shouldn't be able to hear the hellcats.
I agree with X: Sex and Claudius are made for each other.

That was not a clever thing to say. You know, I never joined the curse-Claudius-choir and you know how I regard his acting at the end of Caramel but this sentence might fuel Sex' anger again, because it says that Claudius wasn't going to give him a choice, neither with the empire, nor Shadoe Inc and the house and that is simply not right. The brothers fought for both and took all the mentioned burdens. X even married Claudia! If I was X, I would be pissed, hearing that Claudius was thinking about becoming emperor before the wedding. Although I think, they had anyway taken the step, theoretically the marriage could have been avoided. It's not the middleages and who could honestly deny that the triplets are X's? The sentence shows too that Sex was never really an equal in his relationship with Claudius' and that's kind of sad. Under that circumstance, I even think, he must challenge Claudius. How else could he ever make himself equal to his lover. Claudius has not learned yet to live in a normal, a functional relationship. He never surpassed the pre-Sex-state, still thinking in terms of power and hirarchy, without even realizing it.

Beside this, they are still emperor, not by title but by heart and the brothers have even before OW been the only ones, caring for the lost fledglings in the covens.

Awwww!!! "Papa" that's so cute! I was beginning to wonder when Armor and Azrael were going to finish their argument... But then, to stay alive, will Armor have to yield to Azrael? Because otherwise he'll fight to the death, and I don't want Armor to die!!!!! Not when X just got back into his life. And their ring.. So will they, in a sense, get married again? yay!! And I actually hadn't guessed Vlad and Claudia, but okay... But what about the public eye! What will they say! I mean, Vlad and Claudia can't really go public because people might think that the winglets are actually Vlad's, not X's, and that could cause even more trouble that is undoubtedly unwanted. I'm happy X is good with Vlad and Claudia though.... She does deserve to be happy :)
I was so happy to find a new chapter, at the end of a looong day finishing my 4000 word essay, which turned out to be 4200...

Ch. 13 - Pillow Talk
You do great things to the human heart. How can you be so great at playing one's emotions? (If I didn't love you so much, I would sue you. I swear.)
This may be called a 'filler' chapter, but I think it's absolutely necessary. If it weren't for these chapters, then the Lord Emperor Series would just be sex, blood, and who knows what else. This is what makes your story so damn addictive.
I'm worried about Marcus. He's changed so much? I wonder how Azrael will get along with him now... I just hope he still has a gentle side. And ah, Azrael against Armor. I remember their last battle.. back in the first book. This challenge will be interesting, I bet. (I can't wait!)

Mmm, what a nice treat to have when I got home from a VERY long day at my job(s). An update. WITH BUNNIES!! ^^
Hm it looks like once X recovers, Liam may want to have a little chat with him. And when I mean chat, I mean Liam will beat/smack him around a little and talk. Nothing too deadly or serious, just enough to REALLY smart.
I have a small question. Since Sex birthed Claudius into the blue line, and William/Liam and Hades are Claudius' fathers in a vampire sense.... What the hell does that make the brother's relationship with Hades and Liam now? Are the ancients still their step grandfather?? *confused* You've made vampire relationships really complicated.
When shall Sex get his turn out and patch things up with Claudius? What about Az and Marcus?

I guess, since X and Armor were the one's who had started the whole affair it is only proper that they'd reunite first. Oh, and it was good. Sweet and intence and hearttouching.
Still, I can't wait for some Claudius/Sex action - though with all the issues, he will be probably reluctant to go out.
Oh, and Skell ,my love, will he get a hellcat too? Or is Lanny good enough kitten for him?
