Sex really stated his intentions clear and blue :D Oh, and Nightshade must look magnificient.
BTW, leather's are a good choise - a scent of blood was enought to distract X in his fight with Hades, I can't even begin to imagine how Sasha will be able to fight against hot and sweaty and winged Sex, not to mention all the house of assasins is drooling at him :D
I miss Edna - she was a dear . Kinda reminded me of my own grandma, just more openminded. I pictured both her and Sex with very warm and open gaze. Edna was someone you could trust wholehearted. She was really a special
person.
Anyway, I can't wait till next chapter - it will be great! And Skell when I think about all those triggers... I...

The librarian for Riot - I love the way your mind works. That's soooooooooo cool, good catch! Riot's little girl - 'Grace' or as in Japanese 'Flower', that is truly loveable. And so is daddy Sex! The graveside-scene was moving. All three of them being victims or/and proxies of what the brothers want to protect.
Nice interlude! And I also hope it isn't Sex's skinny ... er thin ass, that's going to get spanked :-)

Oh yes, kick Liam's ass!
It's good they are back in each others arms but wasn't that too soon? That can't end the seven years of HELL, the grief, the sorrow etc. Even if he now blames the ancients - Claudius acted on it! Those feelings might base on wrong conclusions but they were real, Skell was born out of them. What does that make him if one night ends it all? There must be further problems, though not all on the surface and maybe not apparent during the the OW-episode but 7 years wounding heart, soul and body don't heal out that easily.
Apropos ancients: Hades, though stronger now, wouldn't have contradicted Liam 7 years ago. I deem it odd, Liam never told X about that particular talk when coloring the dragon but I guess you didn't have it in mind when you wrote that chapter but he hasn't and so it means Hades is contradicting him now. He also didn't tell the brothers but he shared his blood. He has grown too. I'm proud of Honeybee!
This chapter isn't one of my favorites (for it makes Claudius appear like a weakling, especially with Hades word about him from the last) but it is good and nice Sex got grounded (partly) and I greatly appreciate Tick Tock time for Liam. Poor Billy, he did nothing to deserve that.

Hm, possibly Liam after all or even William - instead of Hades - with the picture; making one for their Honey(bee) ... Will you ever reveal the artist? They both are nimble fingered - one with the war-braids, the other with the crayons. I love those details in your story - makes it flowing.

Those questions of who's emperor and who's not are truly complicated. I actually saw it the other way around, Claudius being the true heir, by birth only, the bite didn't apply in this case; if they can have children the normal way, why should they care for their 'bite children' as heirs? And Claudius is Sigmund/Liam only son, so who is more legit to be emperor? It belittles the importance of 'bite children' in which you based your story, I know, that's why if kinda makes sense you made it all fall back on Xavier/Sex/Azrael/Skell's back once again, well he/they are you leading character/s, neh?;P
