Oooh, getting ready for some action, are we? lol. This one sentence in the last chapter made me laugh really hard--He slurped off my nubbin. Let's hear it for some immature giggles. :) I'm beginning to understand what Endellion does.....Marissa's soul is now a part of it, right? Maybe I'm just slow to the punch. haha.

Woah. I feel like patting myself on the back right now. After months and months and months, I have finally caught up to you!! I started reading the series back when you were finishing up Book 2 or starting Book 3 (lol, it's been so long ago, I don't even remember it correctly). This is such a woven, intricate, convoluted story (and I mean convoluted in the most positive way possible) that I've only read it when I had a good chunk of time to sit down and get multiple chapters out of the way... if I do just one at a time, I get so confused about what's happening that I have to go back and re-read the previous ones! Unfortunately life has at times been... *sigh* LIFE, so I don't get many of those chances to just sit and indulge myself with my kinky little vampire bunnies.
So here I am -- caught up to current and making my very first review. I've been so far behind for so long that I kind of felt like I'd be walking into the room going, "hey, so 8-tracks... are these things awesome or WHAT?" while the rest of you are dancing around with your ipods; ya get what I'm saying?
Well anyways, on to the review, right? I have no idea how you are able to come up with such a detailed, twisting, intense saga, but you do. I think one of the hardest things to accomplish in writing is surprising your readers; not being too obvious or cliche in your plot. I know I have a next to impossible time pulling that off. You always want to do something different and that no one expects but it's really difficult to actually pull that off. So I've got to hand it to you -- half the time I'm reading the story, I'm like "holy shit, where did that come from?" I can't wait for the next bend in the road (although I have this terrible foreboding kind of tightness in my heart that makes me worry about what's going to happen to Claudius and Sex in the end -- aiy, aiy, aiy...).

Skell on the roll - to good to be true. I loved that chapter, especially Armor bantering Liam. I almost felt for him ... almost. For Hades and William I certainly do but I wonder how OW got to the boys that far. Two OW-lairs were toasted by the family and the last one apparently had been the one where those fledglings and Skell were kept. So who held the connection to the thing in Marissa's head? I hope Hashmalliam wipes all of OW from all over the world out pretty fast. Just can't stand the idea of Hades being in danger :-)
Good chapter!
