Your story's pretty good so far. It's so fun to read what Cerwin's thinking. *smirkwinksmirkwink* j/k.^^ In all seriousness though, I think it's wriitten well. It'll be fun to see what's next. x3 *hoping for an update*

When I woke up this morning the review page was still up and I realized how mean my comment sounded. I'm not saying anything bad about your story, your writing style, or the way the story is going. I'm saying something about Cerwin's personality. I just don't understand it very much. I am also not sure I'm quite fond of Sable, but there's always a chance. It just hit that spot deep inside when I read that part like "How the HELL can he DO THAT!?!? NOOOOO!!!!" Like in the Harry Potter book.... when he... nvm thats a spoiler for the book. I just wanted to apologize and try to explain. I do like your story however, just not that particular personality quirk. The story is quite well thought out and interesting. Kinda sad for Cerwin.... and it makes me a little less likely to want to befriend Sable. But its a interesting dive into actual humanity. Because this happens all the time in the world. Perhaps not with royalty, family, or succession. But with jobs and inheritences, and all sorts of odds and ends. I can't wait to see where you take this.

Man you make Cerwin such a push-over. Call me a bitch but if someone came into my life and ruined it like that I would be pissed, no doubts about it. Its like giving someone a golden chain with a diamon inset and matching earrings, and telling them they could have them until the day they died. Then suddenly handing it over to someone else, saying whoops my bad-- you can have the silver ones with the half grade opals. Whereas Sable just had a golden spoon popped into his mouth. Lets just say I'd be a whole lot bitchier. My twin brother would know I hated him. The fact that Cerwin gave in so easily is eating at me.

But I love to see some smut, plot, or trouble between Cerwin and Sable or maybe between Cerwin and other character (new Person?). Anyway take your time to write. Hope to see you soon.

Chapter 2 (sorry that not 1 but ...) ^__^
I was a bit reluctant to read this story, in general I don't fancy historical or quasi-historical stuff BUT ...
After chapter 2 I had to stop and comment. I know there is chap 3 as well but I need to say something before I continue reading. So ... Cerwin had a shock of his life, first of all getting to know he has lusted after his brother but more importantly getting to know he HAS a brother who WILL in the future take his place. Out of those two, I think losing the crown prince status hurt him more ... so ... Remember, I just read 2 chaps but I would venture a guess he's going to try and put Sable into misery somehow, and I'd bet anything it WILL turn sexual.
On the whole, the first two chapters were very well written, capturing the readers' attention and I'm going to read chap 3! See you later!

And I liked it very much, Sable being unconsciously sensuous and Cerwin going through a little torture *grins* You know, at soeme point there I had this thought ... what would have happened IF the king died without revealing he had two sons. I know there is this letter he left but if he died and no one knew about Sable ... it would take an interesting turn. Just my guess ...
Ok, now I have to wait for the next chapter ... I know you start school *feels lucky she doesn't have to, until September* but I'll be waiting for the next chapter!
