i like your story so far but i kinda feel sorry for lan since he has no idea what he's in for. poor baby everyone's against him. well sort of. your computer crisis reminds me why my friend keeps most of her writings on disks and has hard copies too. i just think she's paranoid especially since she never let's me read any of it. little pest. any way i hope you can get everything back together again and continue writing.

Wonderful start! I have high hopes for this story. I always love creature meets human based stories. Hopefully you come up with a complete and interesting background/characteristics for the mysterious creature.
