So Lady Diana has a bun in the oven -- that is so sweet! I think her a Drake make such a cute couple. I'm also glad to finally learn who HIM is. Of course I probably should have guessed since you did leave some clues, but I didn't. Now I am all curious about Giovanni. What’s his story???
I also want to say, I just noticed that you write your dialog without having hardly any dialog tags. Great Job! I keep trying to do that, but I always feel so unsure and then I wuss out and put them back in. You seem to do it with ease! I didn’t even notice it until today. Not to mention, it completely eliminates the bobbing head syndrome.

Well it sounds like Seren is getting better. I’m still worried about her though. It sounds like Him is a somewhat benevolent master, taking in both Seren and James the way he did, giving them time to regroup. I am curious though as to what will happen to them when this is over.
Giovanni sure seems to have lost his mind. Obviously his power was nothing but a house of cards that collapsed quite easily. He certainly wasn’t the man he thought he was, was he? And here he thought James was weak. It’s quite fitting actually.
I have a suspicion your story is coming to an end. It seems you are starting to wrap up all your loose ends. That is hard to do, so I am impressed. Anyway keep up the great work.
