Poor Cat, I didn't mind her crying as she must have felt so fustrated and scared and I admired her determination. You do a great job at writing both of them but I especially admire how you've devloped Azel as his sort of character is difficult to strike the right balance for. He's such an enigma, I'm so curious about his backstory.

I'm torn between being excited that things are developing between Cat and Azel at last or being mad at Azel for behaving this way when he knows he's decided to sell her on in a couple of days. I knew he wouldn't be able to keep it strictly business no matter what he said. Typical man!

Thanks for the twofer, it was just what I needed! I love Cat and Azel and watching their characters and relationship develop, the way you described Azel thoughts as Cat was bathing and the way he tried to draw away from her emotionally were so well-written and Cat's confession to Azel was so touching.

I had to look up what WAFF meant and now I know what it means that's exactly what I was feeling when I finished this great chapter: the hug, the last line *sigh*. Update soon please :D
