I forgot to mention this. Jesse in a natori, HA! This was possibly the lightest chapter except for the first two or three. I like how the story is getting global, the higher institutions are being involved, not just the private stories anymore.

I really like your story, it's damn sad of course, but...

Actually, I do love your chapters. They offer succinct glimpses into each relationship and keep things loving along in a tangible way. I'm not sure how you switch from each intense couple to the next - but I love it. I love the Jesse and Michael combination the best I guess - since we've been following Jesse all this time. Please tell us more about them... may you muse be much inspired this new year! ;-)

The life of a female...erm...carrier is certainly hard and burdensome. I'm so glad Michael isn't as bad as some of the other men.

I really like Tiger he is just so cute in his naivete. I like the diversity of a carrier who isn't so much fighting the system as doesn't understand it. Please don't hurt him too much. Joey and Eric are some unexpectd characters. I am not sure if they were serious about the beating or not but obviously Mike thought they might be therefore he didn't want Jesse to rock the boat on the issue.

heya kabi. i so love this story. thanks for updating but can i have a heart to heart w/jesse for a moment. Jesse dear, do you see how the other men treat their carriers? do you understand how good you have it with michael as your husband - or soon to be husband? do you realize that these little battles that you wage aren't hurting anyone but you? i understand that you're raging against the machine and who wants to be a carrier when history has show that they are treated so much worse, but honey, you have a good man trying to make your transition easier and you're fighting him tooth and nail for no reason. Michael was right, grow up and stop being a baby, you aren't going to win. Okay, sorry kabi, he just gets on my nerves sometimes. he's the only one i've seen, so far, with a husband that isn't a total ass, in fact, michael is sweet, and jesse doesn't get how good he has it. i think there needs to be a swap carrier day, and let him spend some time w/yavisk or clint, or any of the other guys with carriers that treat them like crap, then he'd realized just how good he's got it. it's almost like he wants to push michael until he snaps and then he can say, "see, i told you. you just like everyone else." can you get this boy an attitude adjustment at the doctor's office so I can grow to like him again? please - thanks -L
