I've been following this story for a while now after I stumbled onto it and I've got to say that it is amazingly creative and just plain fantastic! I love the character development and the plot keeps my hooked...looking forward to the next update!

I am blowing kisses through the screen at you for finally updating!! Every time you put a new chapter, I am just reminded about how much I love your story.
"Half-angels… we have less than a dozen on record becoming guardians. And all of those were given their powers after death! Adrian is inexperienced, less powerful than a full-blood, and… he's barely eighteen, Kara! The choice doesn't make sense!" I wonder if this foreshadowing into the deeper connection between Adrian and Kara. Mayve I am looking deeper into this but I remeber you saying in an early chapter that god has his reasons for his plan....

Oh my goodness.... I crossed over this story, bored out of my mind and I find this. You got me hooked. Shoot. :O YoU r T3h BOMB. Couldn't help the illiteracy there xD. I hope you update soon cuz' I'm craving for more XD

I’m not sure how to start out this review. Usually I like have some kind of order to my responses but this time I can’t keep the thoughts straight in my head so hopefully it will make sense to you ‘cause I’m just going to type what pops up…I love your style of writing. I’d never thought I’d say this but I truly was pulling for Damien. I don’t think I could have handled it if she pulled away from him. (*sighs* A personal flaw of mine, I seem to like smartasses) And how could you do that to us (me!!)? I’m reading and when I get to the end you’ve taken my fav’ character (still can’t believe I’m saying that) and put him in a coma…for years! If I wasn’t so sure that you have a plot twist in mind I believe I would be truly upset.
Okay my mind is a little clearer now. I might start making some sense. Going back to the style of writing, you have discovered a balance. You give good character profiles, details, and storyline. As you know it is hard to get the right amount of balance between all of these. At no time did I feel like anything was missing as I read. I was very wrapped up in the plot, actually. What a plot it is too. I’m certain this has been done before but for the life of me I can’t recall anything quite like it so I guess it really is original. So if you think about it that truly is something rare. I love all the quirks too. Uncle Lucy, Gabe, Dami, Lords! I thought the card tricks, “Lucy” knocking back Damien’s age, them “shutting down” were giggle worthy but no matter how many times I try I can’t stop snickers that came from the OCD comment. Even now my cheeks hurt from smiling and trying to not smile.
I’m sure I’m straining my brain for no reason but I still can’t figure out what made Adrian’s transformation…ascension different from most angels. The best I can make of it is that since she is a special mixing of all three she needs a special guardian. One that can protect her without doing harm to any of her lineage. Is that about right? Lori will probably flip when Kara gives her the edited version of this. She is going to need a friend. Adrian can only comfort her so much.
How will she get down there to visit him? Isn’t she going to have to tell her dad and uncles what happened, everything? Still can’t believe those jerks were acting like she was some kind of prize race horse…they’re not going to make her mate him while he’s like that are they? Can she fix the link or was it restored when Iavan was killed? Wait a minute, did Bax'liyn know about her mom? He said she could go either way. There were two more things I wanted to ask but know I can’t remember them, darn it. Well I can’t wait to see how you pull this all together. With the battle out of the way I would have thought this would be wrapped up in the next 1-2 chapters but with all this new information I guess not. Perhaps when this is all over I’ll look into your other works. This one is definitely going in the favorite disc! Oh, for the most part your mechanics aren’t bad. You’re human so of course there are mistakes but nothing to confusing.
Wait, wait! I remembered something I wanted to ask. I can understand a few reasons why Bax'liyn wouldn’t want his only (baby) girl to be with Damien but honestly could he ask for a better match? If he wants the best for her can she get any better? No one besides Iavan would be suicidal enough to touch her. And it would make him true brothers with his best friend.

I still love this story! But I am bummed about Damien! I was so excited about Kara and him getting together, and now there is this bump in the road. Hopefully Kara performs some great healing power with her being a angel and wakes him back up. That would be neat. Well update soon! PLEASE!

Oh, I just loved this. What is this all going to mean? Is this going to cause trouble between she and Damien? You did a great job getting the information you needed into this chapter. It was well worth the wait.
