Loved the story. I'm new here, my wife, Sightsoblind turned me onto the site, and talked me into putting some work up. Hope to see another chapter in Bad Moon soon, best wishes.

This story was really great! I love how you've humanised the devil and angels into one big messed up family =)

Alright, so I haven't finished the story and I'm more than likely to not go to bed any time soon (the inhumanity of having responsibilities and needing to wake up early, drat!) but I am in love with this. My favorite line so far has to be,
"Just… looking for a quarter. I dropped it and I think it rolled under here," I said, sticking my hand under the dresser. Oh for the love of… why did I never clean down here? I smiled as I fumbled around under the dresser, feeling cobwebs and something suspiciously sticky cling to my hand.
Well that wasn't really a line but that was priceless. I'd love to see your writing on book shelves.

I loved this story and I am sad to see it end. Maybe the sequel could be about her getting pregnant and someone trying to cause problems??

Excellent. Brilliant. Superb. See - you've made me go all circumlocution on you!! =)
I absolutely loved 'Speak of the Devil', from the very first chapter to the last. You wrote the story in such an engaging style: the prose and character dialogue was never boring but always lively and wit-filled; the action sequences were fast-paced, vivid and hugely entertaining; characterisation was extremely well done (so much so that I think I'm more than half-way in love with Damien!); and the romance and emotion underlying the entire story felt so real and was so obviously well-embedded. It could have been crigingly corny and cliched, but instead, your story was refreshingly novel, honest and fantastically enjoyable.
It had everything that a bloody good story should have. One of the best stories I have read - and one of the first that I have felt compelled to review! - on this site.
Kudos (to the power of ga-ba-jillion million)!!

P.S. I read your last author's note - it's a pity that you feel that way about sequels... I would've been stoked (as I'm sure a good many of your fans would've been too) if a sequel to 'Speak of the Devil' were written. But then again, what right do I have to complain? After all, this story itself was brilliant and entertaining enough!
P.S.S. That said, a sincere thank-you for taking the time to write this marvellous piece of fiction. I predict it'll be a enduring favourite for tons of readers, myself included. Ta!

Great Story! I enjoyed it every step of the way! And the Marlowe crack? that was awesome... being a Theatre major, I got it right away, and I laughed so hard a little tear fell from my eye... lol... I guess I'll have to check out some of your other work as well! Keep up the good work!

Great ending to a wonderful story. I can't wait to see your sequel to this. And, last but not least, I love the amount of research you did into putting together the human names of Lucifer and Mephistopheles.
