Looks like an interesting beginning! I'm really excited to see what happens. I'm also wondering if the "exile" means a social pariah or someone exiled from the colony (and therefore maybe violent/mentally unstable?). Anyway can't wait to see how it unfolds.
By the way, I think all your stories deserve a kajillion reviews; I created this account just to review this story, but I think other guests might be too lazy or something. Unless there's some personal adversity to the idea maybe take off the un-registered member review restriction on the stories? I know reviews can be really encouraging! I was just wondering if you didn't know about that or not...because if you meant for everybody to be able to review then it'd be a shame!
I think people can tell I love these stories way too much. Anyway, please update soon!

Yay, I'm so glad we're getting more Rift type stories. Keep up all the good work
