Ok, you simply cannot leave me like this! I have to know what happens next!

I think it's good. Ignore the people who are just reading for sex. They can find that anywhere. If you write for plot and characters and relationships and everything else that makes a really great story, people will read it because they like your writing, which is much more satisfying that people reading because your characters are bent over the couch (or the table, or against the wall...) for five out of six chapters. So write the story first--and hey, it can have hot, kinky sex, I'm not ruling it out--but write the story first, then write for other people.
