Great chapter, so glad to see something from this story again, I've missed it. Kasan is very protective of Max isn't he? He does not want anyone seeing his 'little one's' anything does he? LOL! Too much, I really laughed at the whole situation especially when he so nicely reminded his brothers that his punishment didn't start till first meal. Those guys, they were so busy wanting to get one over on Kasan that they didn't even pay attention to when his punishment actually started. Just love the interaction between the brothers, it so brotherly. I really felt sorry for Max in this one, he really is lost and lonely. Will they be working on where he is from and how he got there? It is really confusing isn't it? They wear loincloths, have spears but, have advance things as well. Man that dog really grew quick! I hope those pink blobs don't grow like that. Is that really Kasan's dog or something else? It never comes out when Kasan is there or anyone but Max so it seems like maybe it isn't his dog. I can't wait to see what happens with service and when it is found out what the brothers did this time. I hope it won't be so long this time before we see the next chapter. Take the time you need I know your busy with writing for that site but this story is just so great I can't wait for more.

Poor,poor ickle shy Max and Yaay for Kick-Ass Kasan!I have been meaning to review for sometime but i'm such a lazy sloth.I love love love this fanfic and i am highly glad you've updated though,I often re-read Nature's Choice and Uke as well as this and started to crave more..Heh last week I was stuck in a boring Politic's Lecture in college and suffered withdrawels of wanting a new chappy,so i ended up doodling an image of Kasan and Max while informing my friends to read the Fic's upon your website,ah-ha!

I loved this story sooooo much have begun reading other stories you have posted on AFF.

This story has it all. The repartee between all the characters are well thought out-especially btween Kasan and Max. The POV's of Kasan and Max give insight to how they react and interact with each other.

Will you be explaining how Max got into the bird people's clutches and what happened to the rest of the humans with him? Can't wait for Max to be able to communicate with Kasan. Not being able to communicate can cause a lot of misunderstanding. But hey, whatcha gonna do?

Will Shovak be popping up later on and reak havoc upon all? People of his ilk usually do. Bet he'll have the evil enslaving bird people helping him to.

Don't take too long between chapters. Have several stories that I have been waiting for the next chapter LIKE FOREVER!!

OH. MY. GOD. So glad this finally updated xD It was a MOST wonderful surprise when I stopped by and saw that there was a new chapter up. Yay!

I'm glad that Max is finally facing his fears about the cat-folk! Goin' out to the guards and whatnot - it was so totally cute, though I'm sure Max would smack me if he heard me say that =_=;;

Soooo yeah I'm keeping an eye out for the next update :3 Can't wait!
