Oh goody,

Go away for a few days and come back to several chapters to read and do a little catch up reviewing... So here goes. To answer your question, I love the new maturity that Xavier has in the last few chapters. Ok, making him a little soft when he is with the family isn’t a bad thing either. Just others in the nation need to see a New Blood Emperor that is going to take charge... Ok so this is only my opinion.
I am also not a fan of flash backs, but after reading several of your stories now I realize you will make your thoughts known rather quickly. Chapter 3 is my favorite of Caramel.
The imagages of Hades and Billiam going at it and Hades new or should we say now not tolerated by anyone temper tantrums are hilarious.
Is the new Lycans female going to be a gift to Claudia? I can see the two of them ganging up together? Loved Haley’s reaction to the smell of Ping guess their will be lycan loving in the future also. Make Ping pregnant along with Claudia and the boys will be crying to get away from all those hormone rages.
Keep up the good work. And thanks for getting the writing bug so early..

The question of X's maturity is a hard one. I think it's reasonable that he become more mature as a consequence of everything that has happened. But at the same time I believe it's easier for me as a reader to feel with him, and feel protective over him, if he is not so mature. So if I've got to choose, I think that maturity should be his game-face. But more than anything, I think that you should go with whatever serves your purpose.

I really felt the break-down in the car. I want Armor too!! *tear*

I liek this chapter like all the rest of them.

X is cool when he is cold and cool when he is sobbing. i cant wait to see what unfolds with Haley's change. I am guessing something with Ping might happen. Ooooh Next chappie please.

Chapter 3

I'm beginning to like Liams little ways of sucking up to X.
I've got to go back and re-read the description of Billiam
because I just can't picture him. (In my head I have the picture
of what Spike from BTVS looks like and I figure thats got to be wrong!)

Going to love the Ping/Haley combo if that's what you've intimated and
(the entertaining argueing btw Honey Bee and Pineapple-Cayenne brings
back sweet memories for me personally.)

Just the right mixture - X's maturing was a good thing but it wouldn't be X without that gentle heart of his and the tears. It wouldn't be Armor's X either, maybe even crouch him, and made Azrael expendable. I firmly believe that no emperor without a human touch could do a good job, but to those ruling with mind and heart have the world at their feet (and bidding).

Liam is still a major-ass. He doesn't get it, does he? Poor Hades - I hope he will get into good grades once. He's so desperate for a friend and all he gets is Liam - Liam who fucked him (and his personality) over in the first place. While I see why it can't be X, at least not at this stage and time of their relationship, I wish for Hades to find someone, who can 'resurrect' him.

I don't understand why Liam gets away with nearly everything. X hardly reprimands him. He should teach him a lesson. Sometimes I wonder if Liam really loves Cillian. He doesn't seem to know what love means. If that is what 4times being the Lord emperor and first Hashmallim did to him, I hope for X to realize he needs his tears. Without them he would grow sooner or later into a second (Wil)Liam. Poor Billy Envoy - Liam could learn much more from him, than he actually did. Maybe X should mindfuck both - Hades and Liam - and show them what they don't come around to make clear to each other.


I loved that chapter and I'm really anxious for Hades to be at the plain. Caramel wouldn't be the same without him. Go on! As your devoted fan anyway I'm looking forward to every new chapter.

I loved prologue. I totally adored the way you summarized Cake && Cinnamon so quickly with that touch of sarcastic, wry humor that is SO the brothers.

Eeek, chapter 2 and killing already! totally loving the sharp way we're right into the story again. excellent!

About your question... hmm, hardness is definitely good for his game face.. not so sure on the maturity question.. its kinda hard since there's three of them. Sorry I'm not being very explicit or anything... I'm just so happy to be reading this amazing story again! :) Poor X at having to play the cold hearted bastard already, though he definitely needed to put Hades in his place. Now the big question is, can Hades suck it in? Is his will to live stronger than his will to be above X? hmmm....

(sorry it's a little disjointed, I had some catching up to do! Thanks for making my day today btw, I really needed to hear about my favorite vampires)

Chapter 3

Fight Scene was awesome..alittle confused though.
Okay so X is in Japan to kill some people because someone along the way got had a big mouth? He is cleaning up? Also is Hale going to find a mate?

wow X is acting so mature its scary. i mean he puts hades to shame and he's 900 yrs old. he's even giving liam love advise and he's the the very first empirer, thats just sad. and what this dividion thing, you never mentioned it before is it a place or a person or a thing oorrr are you telling us in the next chap can't wait to find out sounds like it going to be big. but otherwise an absolutely great chap as always. can't wait for the next. and if i came off being a bitch in the last review don't pay any attention i was half asleep at the time and it was little confusing to me sooorrryyyy hope we're ok. -_-

wow as per usual an excellent chapter im so sad ur not feeling very inspired i hope u start feeling that way soon cause ill miss your daily chapters we luv xavier and must hear more (gets down on knees and begs) please :)
